The attendant stands on the passenger side to talk to me... no it's the driver side...asking if I need a receipt again on a closed windows on the passenger side..lucky I can heard him.. No it's the driver's side one interacts with... sure laziness.....

Service attendant broke my gas cap and spilled gas on the car so that it wreaked for a couple days. Called and informed them and they said they’d call back to sort out the broken cap. They never did.

Staff members here of a specific demographic seem to be showing such rude and insensitive feelings to customers. Like they talk to you in a rude and demanding manner when you want clarification with something even when you’re trying to be as nice as possible.

These are the best guys in town . So friendly and polite . Always asking if you need assistance with a smile on their face . I only go to this location especially in the evening through the week because of the people working there make me feel happy and safe.
