Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. While I was waiting there no one bothered to even look at me to ask why I am there. I greeted a man who approached me and he rudely ignored me and said wait a minute! Would drive to the most far CIBC branch not to go there anymore.

They never answer their phones anymore. Called multiple times, multiple days, all during their business hours. Never answered my call.

Worst service ever. As a CIB C customer for almost 20 years with mortgages, credit lines and other investments, came to this location trying to get help as they are closer to my home than my original location from 20 years ago. Had multiple concerns and wanted to speak with a financial adviser at this location and transfer from the other location and hopefully get more personalized service with our investments. Not only did they refuse to help but the manager just passed the buck saying I should go speak with the manager at my other branch. Firstly I am a CIBC customer first, if I am not happy with the branch I'm at and want to come to your branch as a manager you would think that would be most important and how can you help. Lazy manager, lazy staff, nobody wants to help just pass the buck, who cares about the customer? Don't bother even going to this location they could care less about you or your account.

What a peaceful branch. Today I met Tony and he was listening to my requests so patiently and tried in any way to help me with my needs. Also found Soroush so welcoming and helpful.

Just had a meeting with Soroosh last week regarding money transfer. Such a great feeling to talk to a respectful person like him and at the same time he was being absolutely helpful. Overall love this branch as it is pretty close to my home with kind staffs.

.I HATE the new lay out , when they did have tellers they were ok , most of the staff are helpful and friendly but the vibe is different and little off than other CIBC locations ..... ATMs are either not in service or does not take deposits alot of times I find too ...

This bank meets all my expectations in terms of customer services, level of professionalism and efficiency. You’ll be surprised.

Avoid this bank. I have a Costco mastercard which was switched from CapitalOne to CIBC. It has been the worst customer experience I've ever had. I can't access my transaction records from 4 months ago, and I've tried every possible route to contact CIBC, website, phone, appointments, anything and everything has failed. No one at this bank seems competent enough to be able to help get some basic transaction information for a credit card. I even booked an appointment with a representative at this bank, but they never called me and my emails remain unanswered. Overall a terrible banking experience.

I went to CIBC Austin Ave today and they were really busy this morning. Even though, they still accommodate my reason why I went there, gave excellent advice, fast and efficient service.

Where should I start. I don’t know what role Neha plays in this bank. I apologize in advance for saying, but she’s very ingenuine and fake. She promised us a lot of things in return she isn’t picking up our calls and emails. As soon as I called customer service a couple weeks later she picked up. She mentioned she didn’t receive any phone calls or emails. She got my girlfriend to cancel her credit card from another bank and now when we went to cibc it looks like she did multiple credit checks which hurt her score (if it didn’t happen we would’ve got her a credit card) and now she’s stuck. Don’t play with international students like that Neha, it’s not funny. And please, if you’re a financial advisor you need retraining and please do not sell just because it’ll benefit you one way or another. And thank you!
