The policies here are so confusing that it seems the employees can't agree on one! Bought 4 items as part of a promotion and two of them didn't work. I just wanted a simple exchange as the lady told me the day before I could get them exchanged only. There was a different lady working today and she apparently could not process an exchange. AN EXCHANGE!! I couldve just taken 2 new items from the overflowing clearance rack and told her to put my items back. But yeah, their policy sucks and apparently the employees can't agree on something. The lady working was nice about it so I'll give her that. If I weren't in a rush to replace an earring, I would not shop at Claires, especially at this location. (Oh and ya don't get me started on how their ear piercing is essentially a one way ticket to infection town and deformed ears - get your piercings at a reputable piercing studio with APP certified piercers instead!)

Hello!Six weeks ago I have my second lobe piercings done at Claire’s Coquitlam. Farah, the manager and woman who did the piercing, was SO knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring with me (as well as with the several other customers who came and went while I was there). What a wonderful experience for a nervous customer!Today I went back for my third lobe piercings and was delighted to have the same piercer… and had an even better experience this time! Farah is amazing, both as a confident and adept piercer and well as as a skilled and very likeable salesperson.Thank you, Claire’s, for hiring great people and providing wonderful ear piercing experiences!Beth(A very happy customer, who would love to return for an ear cartilage piercing if and when you start to offer these ?)

Great customer service from the lady that pierced my ears, horrible co-workers though. Went in to get a lobe piercing today and this lady (Turkish/Persian descent) helped me pierce my ears, she was clearly new to the job and had a hard time finding things and setting up, which is not what I had a problem with, because she was exceptionally patient with me and my mom, while we were being super indecisive and kept second guessing ourselves.However, I had an issue with how disrespectfully her co-workers would speak to her and treat her. They did not once offer to help her, even though they could see her struggling, and anytime she asked for help they spoke to her as if she was stupid, when she just clearly needed some help. I felt so bad for her, because she was so kind, patient, intelligent and provided great customer service. Shame on her co-workers. Management seriously needs to sit the other two ladies down and teach them about workplace respect.

Been a few times to Coquitlam location. Customer service is questionable.I asked about a usual discount for buying 2 products and she claimed there was none. Then upon seeing that I would pass on the buy 3 for 3. She claimed suddenly there’s 50 percent off on the second item.I passed it off as just a mistake, but on another occasion due to the child I was bringing along wanting to buy more last minute I wanted to get their discount but none of the ladies wanted to redo the transaction for me to receive it. All in the tone and body language, asking are you sure multiple times etc. I hope that they can hire better employees or train more effectively. Politeness should be met with so. Especially in a store with many children

It was busy but staff were great! Ferah the manager did a fantastic job of piercing and she explained everything perfectly. Deff would recommend.

Great selection for the girls! Jewelry, bags, hair accessories, ear piercing and so much more!! Staff are friendly and so welcoming! Prices are reasonable and lots of sales on now!

Only had 1 person working when we went, and she was doing 2 ear piercings. We waited at the cash register to check out with about 5 other people for over 20mins. Pretty unacceptable.

I Got Hired and showed up for work for my first shift as a supervisor/Assistant Manager, there was NO store manager VISABLE from the mall enterance and the Manager did not come out from the back of the store to check to see if I was there waiting. THE WOREST place I have got hired at! I was blamed for not calling the store or manager when I arrived for my first shift. It NOT my responsibility to look for me, I was there like was supposed to be. I Was told I was rude to the Manager later that morning for explaining why I was not still waiting. DO NOT SHOP THERE! I wouldn't give that company 1 cent! Terrible Management and Hiring Manager in Prince George. DO NOT WORK THERE EITHER. AWFUL TREATMENT OF AN NEW EMPLOYEE.

Terrible costumer experience, employees were rude and my friend got accused of stealing. The manger followed us around and when my friend picked up a nose ring that was in an open case she yelled and said she should be smarter if she wants to steal and kicked her out of the store

I dont know how this store is still in business. My daughter went recently. The manager and the whole team is so rude and awful. They need to go and learn how to treat people with respect. There are other companies which sells better products with better customer service. Dont waste your money and time visiting this location. Left bad taste in my mouth

Had my second ear holes pierced on Saturday. The girl working the opening shift pierced them and she was so sweet and knowledgeable. Placement was great too. All in all a good experience.

The manager/Teara is so rude and disrespectful. She needs to go home. No customer service. This person should be fired from her position. she is awful in her communication to customer. They treat people disrespectfully. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one.
