I have been in and out of this Cloverdale paint location over the past few weeks to ask questions about paint for our condo reno project and Phil has been extremely helpful and friendly every time. Yesterday I dropped off multiple paint chips & samples and the team there did an amazing job matching all the paint colours from different brands that I had. I really appreciated the time Andrew spent going over them all with me. I never felt rushed, even though it was getting towards the end of their day, and Andrew was super patient and helpful, keeping a smile and friendly tone even when I was asking him to tweak a couple of different “whites” to get just the right match.Everyone I have dealt with at this location has been fantastic! I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing paint or painting advice and will definitely be returning!

We never got the names of the employees working at this location but they've always provided friendly and informative service! They don't make you feel small when you ask them questions (like what brush should I use for X job), they're always happy to help and give advice.Paint colour options are great. They also carry a bunch of different types of paints - for example we wanted something with minimal VOCs and they provided!

I cannot praise enough about the service we got from this store...especially Phil! Very approachable. We had to change the color of our paint numerous times to match to the original, and he was always willing to help us with a smile and patience. He made our visits to the store very pleasant! Its so nice to be treated like a "person" and not a number! Been here twice in the last 24 hours and I have to say the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond! Andrew, staff like you will keep me coming back, even though I hate painting! His supervisor/manager was great too. Keep up the great customer service!!!!
