I would like to share the experience I had when my audio/visual system was installed and hooked up by the Manager, Duncan Fesenmaier. He came in and within an hour had my receiver, TV, cable box, cd player and my surround sound speakers all connected and working perfect. He moved all of my equipment out, connected up 5 speakers, the receiver, the cd player and the TV equipment and placed it all back as I had it. He adjusted the equipment stand and all of the speakers so I could get the optimum use and fantastic sound that I love. I am more than happy with his service, he was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and most of all happy and made suggestions for additional options so I would get a greater use from my equipment. I am so grateful to him and would recommend him 100%. He helped a person that has no tech knowledge to understand how to properly use my units. He has the complete knowledge of ANY audio/visual system, and it shows. PS: He also rebuilt my vintage Marconi floor model radio with completely new 'innards' with blue tooth, and speakers that were adjusted to my sound preference and all the rest that operate a radio to its primo best (sorry he knew what it had to have, I did not). The old radio has never looked or sounded better and I just love it. Thanks again Duncan for all you have done for me. So appreciated. You are the best in my books.

I brought a sony television from audio video unlimited. The television was in get condition but no screws came with the box. I called and emailed them about the screws they didn't waste anytime and they delivered the screws to my job. I would give them a 4/5 but because how fast they were to respond and great customer service they still get 5\5.

I had such a great experience dealing with Victor from Audio Video Unlimited. Victor came to my home to complete an in home service for my 65" LG OLED TV. He managed to identify the problem efficiently, contact the higher authorities in hopes to submit this internally for my warranty claim.I was on a time crunch as I was moving homes and needed to know if I needed to pack the existing TV or if I could bring it in for an exchange.Victor was very responsive and punctual and was very careful while inside my home.I highly recommend dealing with Victor for all audio/video needs! 10/10!!!

I have dealt with AVU for over 20 years and have consistently been impressed with their product line and service. They carry a great selection of upper mid-tier and higher quality AV equipment at a competitive price point. AVU distinguishes themselves from other retailers by providing exceptional service, not only at purchase, but post-sale service. They were very helpful in trouble shooting an issue with my new receiver and facilitated a seemless warranty exchange. Although they are not open the same hours as other retailers, they are very responsive to telephone and email enquiries, which you will not get at a typical electronics retailer. I highly recommend AVU!

Called about a set of Kanto speakers and spoke with Sachin who was very helpful. Unfortunately one of the speakers in the set was found to be defective. Sachin and his staff were able to quickly sort out the RMA process and sent me a new pair within a week and even scheduled to have the old pair picked up. I will be shopping here again.
