Today, June 22nd, 2025, they had one of their trucks on the bc ferries travelling to Nanaimo. The driver was an older man with grey hair, drinking a beer in the truck on the first sailing! He sat in the truck the whole time when everyone was requested to exit and go upstairs, spitting out the window and smoking in the truck once off the boat. He then proceeded to drive erratically, yelling at and fingering people. Absolutely disgusting and reckless behaviour from their employee. Hopefully the company has dash cams to review their employees behaviour. This was reported to the staff and will also be reported to authorities.

We have a hotdog Business and I went there to get boats for the hotdogs. Service was quick friendly and reasonable prices for what I was getting.

Worst experience with customer service.I own a small cafe in east van which opens at 3:30pm. I was trying to order some paper cups. And.. I called them. Apparently, their delivery service goes from 8am to 3pm(meaning their drivers go home at 3pm.. so last delivery will be around 2pm). I made the effort telling them i could wait for them to come at 11am but they refused. They told me that they could ONLY deliver to my area in the early morning. So.. I asked if they could come around 8am and they said they cannot guarantee. Apparently.. they want me to wait for them from 8am... until whenever they can come. I guess big company does not care about small businesses.

I bought some ice melt from these guys last time, approx 20 kg worth, however, ran out of it. I did call and even though they were all sold out the lovely lady on the phone provided me with more names and mom and pop shops to call to help with my search. I've used these guys multiple times for other things throughout the years and more so when I actually lived in the area.

I witnessed one of their delivery drivers speed right through an intersection narrowly missing pedestrians and tail gating other cars. People were screaming at him to slow down. He had the nerves to yell obscenties and hand gestures back. Looked like a young kid with road rage issues. Nice impression for Enterprise Paper. I called and emailed to complain to management, but nobody would want to speak with me.
