I’m so glad I found this shop to replace my windshield. Kevin, the manager is so helpful, friendly, prompt, professional and caring. He goes above and beyond to help and the staff did fantastic job replacing my windshield. Not to mention this shop offered the cheapest price for Audi OEM glass which was less than half of the other shop I inquired of. Also the fact that this shop deals with the Openroad Audi claims attracted me. I am really glad I decided to call around few shops. I called at least 6 shops and this was the one I went with because of the price and the reviews. I was very stressed with the whole windshield issue because I’ve never dealt with it before and didn’t know who to trust but I am very happy with my new glass and the service Kevin provided me. I am definitely going to be back for my next service if I ever need. Already recommended this shop to people around me too!

Changed cracked windshield on both of my cars in this place. Great price and great service. Super friendly staff! Kevin the manager was nice to talk to and super fast in response, and Iman went extra miles to help me - really appreciated! They are very busy for a reason.

Top notch customer service. I called the night before to replace my windshield and they had a technician drive to my place the next morning to pick up and drop off my vehicle. The service was extremely fast and the convenience of not needing to deliver my vehicle made the process as convenient as it could be. 10/10

I needed to replace the windshield for my 2024 Model Y. I found them on Google, and called over 15 glass shops that day. I couldn’t find a single glass shop that could get me OEM Tesla glass from the factory. I called Excellence and got in touch with Kevin. He was super informative and got me the OEM Tesla glass from the factory within a week! His communication was excellent throughout the process, super professional, and responsive. I was able to go in and get it replaced within a week of calling him and they finished the job in a couple hours. The car was left clean as well and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely come back if I need their services again. It’s very rare when you call a random company off Google and the company ends up exceeding your expectations.

I had to have my front windshield repaired as part of my vehicle's provincial certification process. I called 4 places and Excellence Auto Glass was the most professional, courteous, and motivated response I received from all three auto glass repair shops. In addition, they were the most economical choice of all!
They advised that they could get me in the same day and that it wouldn't take long. I brought the vehicle in the subsequent week and their services did not disappoint. From the installers, to the reception, to the owner - all were outstanding in their customer service.

This was my first time repairing a windshield in Vancouver and honestly I didn’t know what to do. ICBC only accept some of Auto glass shops instead of Tesla shop. Therefore I called excellence auto glass. They are Very professional, very friendly and they ordered Tesla 2024 windshield OME and just few day later I can get replacement of my Tesla in 3 hours.
It is amazing costumer service and same day repair. Thank you ?
