Change your open hours to 10:45 PM.
This was my 3rd experience, and it is a pattern of the closing staffs.
They are telling customers "we always close at 10:45 because we are done with the till", does your boss know?
Okay, weekdays are understandable but Friday night where so many customers/cars turning away with off open sign??
