Our experience with Karina Lui at the Fido store in Coquitlam has been consistently outstanding. Karina is not just knowledgeable and helpful, but she goes the extra mile to guide and assist customers. Her honesty and dedication to providing exceptional service make each interaction a pleasure. Our family has had multiple encounters with Karina, and each time, we've experienced the same high standard of service. It's evident that Fido store in Coquitlam has a true asset in their Store Manager.

Amazing service from Karina! I have spent so many hours talking to customer service agents on the phone or in other stores and ending up overpaying or leaving frustrated. Karina was very knowledgeable, straightforward, and helped me to get the best deal and phone. Best service I’ve had with any phone provider, thank you!

I just had the best experience with sales rep Karina, so much so that I wanted to write a review (that's rare for me!). Normally I dread dealing with phone plans, and Fido will be my third service provider in my life. Karina made it extremely simple, listened to my needs and budget, and didn't overcomplicate the details or try to upsell me. She was approachable and enjoyable to interact with, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to her if I have any other business to do. Thanks Karina, you're the best!

Just as someone commented earlier, never go to Bianca for transactions, the young lady with pink-dyed hair. I'm genuinely curious how she continues to work there despite numerous complaints. She has a very impatient attitude; when asked questions, she chooses not to respond with an expressionless face.As a consumer buying phone plan in this store, I really don't know how to deal with such a mean salesperson.

At this store we have been assisted by Karina Lui. She helped me and my wife simultaneously in a very pleasing manner. We were amazed by her outstanding service. She demonstrated every plan of Fido with great detail in a simple and understandable language. We will never forget her welcoming, cheerful and productive service.

I had an embarrassing experience at Fido in Coquitlam Center. I totally understand that the salespersons are tired during black Friday. Still, I would never dare to go there as one of the salespersons screamed impolitely in the middle of the crowd because I was not sure between which two postal codes were registered for my account. I would never forget her screaming because of the 30-second delay in trying 2 different Postal codes!

Terrible customer service every time I go to this Fido store. They need to learn how customer service should be in North America. They are so rude and sometimes don’t even make eye contact with customers.

I got a new phone in the beginning of the year and was told to pay a one time 50$ activation fee and I’d get it back in 2-3 months. It’s now November and I still have not received that 50$ credit. I have gone into the store five times and they keep telling me it’ll be added to my next bill. I was also told the manager would call me the other day, no one called.I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years but now I think it’s time to move to a new company. Very unimpressed.

Visiting this store seeking help on my Fido billing , my day was ruined by the rude store person named “HUSSEIN”. He behaved in disrespect for me as a senior loyal Fido customer , that incident left a negative bad experience with Fido on me.I think Fido should rather train their employed technical stores associates with some customer care respect and welcoming.

I've been with Fido for a few years now and the customer service at this location has been on the decline. The young male associate today was somewhat professional, but unfriendly and was not helpful in the sense that he didn't provide any solutions. Not sure if he was having a bad day or if it's just this new generation of workers, but yikes. He did nothing to try to help keep us as customers, just basically told us no options, didn't try to show us new phones, didn't try to look at possible offers, just basically sat there and did the bare minimum and didn't care. Very disappointing, might have to go back to Bell.
