Went to the store twice, and both times the customer service was atrocious. Like everyone in the reviews is mentioning, the staff is full of attitude.
The return process is equally as bad. They will find all kinds of reasons to refuse a return. They declined my return, even though I purchased it 12 hours prior, because I told them the shoe was too narrow for my feet. I literally wore the shoes to my parked car 20 ft away in my driveway, then back to my door to test the fit & comfort, and they mentioned it's been worn outside your house door, so it can't be accepted.

I had a wonderful experience at this shoe store, all thanks to the manager, Palak. She is extremely polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. From the moment I walked in, she made sure I was comfortable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Her product knowledge is excellent, and she patiently helped me choose the perfect pair without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm attitude and I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to others. Great service!

Worse experience possible. It was not busy at all, 4 staff members not doing anything.
We were never asked if we wanted to try on the shoe we were holding. Instead we asked to try on the pair which is completely fine. However, the employee looks at us and doesn’t even ask us if we need help or not.
We finally asked for help, the shoe we looked at was the size we wanted and he goes and says, “it’s 7.5” We’d like to try on both to test the comfort.
No response from him and we try on ONE single shoe.
Reza at this footlocker is literally the worse, zero customer service and gives an attitude for asking a question. Good help is truly hard to find. Don’t come here if you want zero help.

Has a wide range of shoes for men, women and children. Most of the shoes are of a type that are directly or somewhat sports related. The store also has clothing for men, women and children. The clothing is also mostly related to sports, either directly or peripherally. There is also a very limited selection of sports equipment.

I went to return an item I bought from foot locker and it said Declined due to frequent returns - I haven’t ordered something from foot locker since last Christmas! I am livid that I have to dispute this and it takes up to 4 weeks. This is the biggest joke ever! I will NEVER buy from foot locker again.

Walking around the store with a shoe in hand and feeling like you have to beg staff to try it on is not the experience I’m looking for.. especially when I’m ready to spend money. Customer service goes a long way. Ended up walking a few steps to another store where the staff were friendly, helpful, and actually happy to assist. Easy choice.

I’ve been a customer of Foot Locker for 20 plus years. When I was a kid I even worked at a sister store near by. Rob (my salesperson) was incredible to deal with. He went the extra mile to find my size. Searched the store for a fresh pair of shoes that he originally couldn’t find. Making me feel like customer service still is important to people. We chatted and I mentioned I remembered him from ages ago. He mentioned he been with the company for 25 plus years and I see why. Thank you Rob for the amazing service. Customer service is your strong suit, I will definitely return.

I ordered two pairs of ASICS shoes from Foot Locker, and after a two-week delay, they still hadn’t arrived. When I went to the store, the staff didn’t even know about the issue. Customer service said UPS hadn’t picked them up, leaving me waiting daily. They refunded one pair, but the other pair was lost, and they refused responsibility, directing me to UPS, which was unhelpful. They didn’t even apologize. I won’t shop at Foot Locker again and advise others to be cautious since they lack accountability.👎👎👎👎

Went into Footlocker today at Coquitlam Mall, had a great experience, Palak was super friendly and sweet, she helped me find a pair of New Balance Phantom 9060 shoes that were sold out everywhere, I was lucky to find them and she made my day. Highly recommend this location for your shoes needs!!

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I visited in the evening and was assisted by a tall male staff member who was quite rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a different size and inquired about the changing room, he responded with attitude and made me feel unwelcome.
To make matters worse, after I purchased a T-shirt, he forgot to remove the security pin — he only took off the magnet tag. This could have caused injury if I hadn’t noticed it before wearing the shirt.
I expect better customer service from a brand like Foot Locker. This kind of behavior should be taken seriously, and I hope the management addresses it appropriately.

I came here to shop with my mom to find her a pair of shoes and Bryan C. was super helpful! He was very attentive, fast and super detailed. Both my mom and I felt very cared for! My mom was also able to go home with a new pair of shoes that she loves!

Came in and got help searching for a certain shoe from Rob S, very nice gentleman, they didn’t have the shoe but he said they had options online to order. Rob was very informative and nice! ??
