The staff here are really friendly and greeted me everytime! One girl, I didn't get her name, but she wore all black and was really enthusiastic, helped me find versions of the clothing I liked after I expressed my concerns. Absolutely outstanding customer service from her, will shop here again!

Went to this store on nov 5. It was a disaster. The staff was so rude and gave so many dirty looks. I was in the fitting room and asked for a size the girl in the fitting room was on her phone and said sorry whatever we have on floor is what we have. But when i went to look i found it. Another girl which seemed like the manager she was wearing a pink sweat suit with lint all over it which they were selling on floor I asked her the quality of the clothing since hers had lint over it. She was like you can buy it if u want it will get lint over it. Although I appreciate the honesty, the way she was talking to me was so rude. What a great way to represent their brand and boost sales LOL.

Just went to exchange something, when I walked in i couldn’t tell who worked there and who didn’t as I wasn’t greeted at all. Thank god for music or else it would have been dead silent. I waited at the cashier for someone to help me out for a few mins, finally a girl came out from the back and slowly walked to the cash. I said Hi, and she exchanged my stuff etc, and then I said thank you and I left. As a person who works in retail it’s really important to be friendly, and be there when someone needs help. These were kids working, and I do know it’s hard finding quality people nowadays, but seriously at LEAST smile and say Hello!!

I had a great experience at this location. They seem to have more options and sizes available than other Garage stores. The manager is extremely sweet and helpful, and I also appreciate the help from other staffs.

Had the most amazing experience shopping there yesterday, we were out shopping for my friends daughter and I also had my 5 year old son with me, the manager Tamera noticed me asking my son if he was ok, he gets anxious is busy places. So she asked if we wanted to go to a change room in the back where it was quiet, she even gave him some washable felts to colour the mirror with. I was so touched by her thoughtfulness making sure my child was ok. This is above and beyond customer service this is a woman who cares and has a big heart. 10 stars to this store!

I returned the extra item that was shipped to me to the Coquitlam Center location. So I told one of the girls at the cash register that if she can confirm through their system that I returned the item that I did not pay for, so that I have a proof just incase the company ask me if I returned the extra item that was delivered to me mistakenly. Another girl, I guess was a team leader or so, came grabbed the item from the table with an angry attitude and with a rude tone of voice said, "No, they wont ask you".So, if those workers are not able to appreciate their costumersfor their honesty at least they shouldn't be that rude.

Kayla at the Coquitlam location was so sweet and so helpful! She even showed me different colours of the item I was buying.

I love garage! Clothes for teens but even though I'm an adult! I still love to shop for my clothes at garage & I love the garage Dynamite App as well! It's filled with coupons after you have spent a certain amount of money at garage!

Met a wonderful girl named Anna working last week - she was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful! She is definitely passionate about her job and is very professional - made the shopping experience worth it :)

Firstly, I have to say I never leave reviews but after my experience today I had to. The girl working in the changing room was the most RUDE person I have ever come across working in a clothing store and trust me I shop a lot. When she gave me the room she looked so irritated and made a face as she walked past me and when I went to give her the clothes I didn’t want she continued to talk to her friend and didn’t even make eye contact with me as I told her I didn’t want 2 pairs of jeans and literally STILL LOOKING AT HER FRIEND she put her hand out and I had to literally place it in her hand. Zero eye contact zero words the entire time. It does not take much effort to be kind and present. Someone like that should not be working a job like that, girl needs to change her attitude.

My daughter and i went to Coquitlam garage because they seem to have a better selection than metrotown… but quite honestly the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff at metrotown is superior…we never go on that location without someone greeting us . My daughter tried on jeans and we went to pay . Stood there and stood there while two staff folded shirts- they saw us and ignored us … if it was not for the fact we checked stock before making the trip and knew Coquitlam only had 2 of the item my daughter wanted - i would of put it on the counter and walked out… i was a business manager many years and i am very familiar with what good customer service should look like as well as I understand the rush to get stock out etc but from what i saw both girls were folding shirts together gabbing with each other - i had to walk over and ask if there was a cashier in order to get any help … i am positive there were 3-4 staff on those cash registers should always be monitored period

Their system for the number of shoppers in the store at a time is poorly planned, as they've set up around the corner from the entrance. Therefore you basically have to walk in and be turned away to figure out what's happening, and then wait to see someone leave and then try again. They won't come get you, or tell you in any way that you can now enter the store.Also poor size selection. If you're above a 6 you won't find much.No regulating of distancing one people are in the store either.
