Such a beautiful place with loads of amazing house, decorative, and bougie items. Spices are more too! They have wonderful plants and I would totally go there again.

I needed a last minute gift for someone and I ran into Gardenworks 10 minutes before their closing time and I was welcomed with open arms! Even though it was the end of their day the staff I encountered were amazing and very helpful! Rose greeted me at the door with a big smile and did not make me feel like an inconvenience, Barbara quickly suggested a great gift idea that they had at the botanical bar and Rebecca was the designer of the beautiful arrangement I had purchased. THANK YOU, LADIES!

GARDENWORKS COQUITLAMOne of my new year resolutions was to take care of my plants more than before. My plants had been damaged by both the summer heat and the excessive use of fertilizers. When I went there, three kind ladies tended to my plant and gave me invaluable pieces of advice for free. I want to express my appreciation for their customer service and expertise. Thank you, Jean, Rebecca, and Mary!

Going the extra mile…!!! I was looking for a coffee plant as a gift. Made a call before arriving and Brian, politely confirmed availability and pricing after a brief hold. After arriving and selecting the plant plus planter, paid at the checkout to a pleasant and friendly cashier young lady. We needed to wrap the plant in gift wrap paper. We proceeded to gift wrap the plant when Jean approach us and offered to help us wrapped it. She also said “I will transplant the plant into the pot at no extra charge” Wow, we were extremely surprised the nice gesture. She took the items and made us wait. While waiting for her to return, another lady approached us and offered her assistance. Upon learning we were waiting, she invited us to take seat on some very nice chairs, affirming “they are very comfortable”. Jean returned after a short wait and presented us with the newly wrapped gift plant. She inserted a small pole and placed a greeting card for is to write the “for” and “from” Jean was polite and absolutely demonstrated the meaning of the phrase “going the extra mile” We left overly happy about the entire experience and knowing that good customer service still exists. Thank you, Jean!!! Well done.

Prices are high, selection is okay. But they have a huge pest problem, spider mites, mealy bugs, and fungus gnats. Please try and do a better job of pest control within the store so it doesn’t spread to customers. only reason I am giving two stars is because I have always had great experiences with the employees.

Rose was incredible, so helpful and patient in helping us find the perfect plants and pots to work with our space. Hard to come by customer service like that.

The service here is really top notch. I love shopping at this location.Everyone is very friendly and helpful. And I have to say the plants here seem better taken care of, compared to places like Rona, Home Depot, etc. I had zero pest problems with the plants I bought here. Last but not least, they sell awesome bonsai pots here. Those are not easy to find!

Outstanding staff. Beautiful merchandise and plants and staff are helpful and full of expertise. When I thought I had lost my phone in the store they acted with kindness and urgency as well. I'll never spend a dollar at another garden center.

First time here today.Beautiful place, helping and knowledgeable two ladies who directed me right to what I needed, yet very unfortunately an unprofessional behaviour at the paying counter.The cashier saw me first one in the line, kept the customer who had paid and had made the move to get out twice, by stretching the chat and asking her questions, until second person in the line arrived and stood not behind, but next to me; then the cashier raised her head, greeted and invited her to the counter, completely ignoring me, as if I was invisible to her.Upon my “Excuse Me”, the customer who was heading to the cashier, got back in line, apologizing that she didn’t see me! Apology accepted.Wondering if this attitude of the cashier , and whatever reason is behind it, is in the best interests of the business.

Do not mind paying top dollar for limited selection there. Just can not put up with such substandard service at the check-out counter. They charged me a higher price on 3 out of 5 items than store's listed price tag, I had to go back to have them corrected. A short skinny cashier named Jane? provide awful customer service there. It seems Jane working with her hands tied behind her back. She wasted more than 10 minutes and still can not get the price corrected. So I suggest she may need help from her other colleague, who knows better to operate the computer system to get it done. Words fail me, I have never spent such a difficult day trying to speak to a person and sort out our problem.Her service is guaranteed to give you high blood pressure or heart attack. You know what, finally a young Asian face lady shows up and made the price adjustment to right in few seconds! If Jane lacks of skills to work there, at least not dump negative emotions to customers. I could have given them NO star for having Jane in their cashier team.
