Went in to get my pocket knife sharpened and they refused to do same day sharpening. I was told they didn’t have time even though there was an empty store with two employees just standing around. I’ve had it done there in the past and it takes about 5 mins. Walked out of there annoyed. Won’t be back.

Went in for some steak knives and left happily with a set as well as a brand new chef knife. Kaitlyn was super helpful finding knives that fit our needs and budget, as well as giving us some cutting techniques for proper control and tips for care! Thanks for your expertise!

I went to the store after Christmas and they wouldn’t sharpen knives because they were too busy. Went back after the holidays and they closed early for some reason. I went back today and they’re opening late to count inventory. Tried to give them business three times, I’ll just go somewhere else not going to keep making trips

I was in store yesterday to buy a first knife for my ND child for scouts.Evan (according to my receipt) was very welcoming and friendly and was able to answer all of our questions clearly and calmly. We will be coming back for all of our sharp object needs.

They sold me a CRKT CEO flipper that was so dull out of the box I couldn't cut a lemon with it.I tried fixing it myself out of frustration but discovered the manufacturer had only beveled one side of the edge so it couldn't possibly be sharpened without being reground.I Took it back and they wouldn't do an exchange because I had touched it to a whetstone, Wich I thought was lame because it was an obvious manufacturer defect.The lady was nice enough to attempt regrinding it for free but sadly its still performs very poorly.Not thrilled with the return policy, I think they could do better. Will take my business elsewhere

Came here to look for a multitool when I go camping and the two employees were so rude. They didn’t greet my girlfriend and I and were clearly talking about us, doing that thing where you cover your mouth with your hand so people can’t read your lips. The guy, older with glasses, was also watching us like a hawk the entire time. It made me so uncomfortable I left after like 2 minutes because I felt so unwelcome for literally NO reason. Definitely going to find what I need somewhere else

Excellent customer care, I have to add I haven't bought anything yet because I cannot decide (personal thoughts and ...), however when you step in the store you feel you are welcome and the store people would answer and give you very good option to chose, I will defiantly buy from them and support a Canadian BC company.

Came here to buy some high quality knives. The people here were very helpful.Bought a high quality chopping knife on display for $59.99 and got a pairing knife from the same manufacturer at a reduced price / sale for $29.99Also picked up plastic cutting boards (large size) for $7 each and a set of 4 small for $18They were running a special on Kussi Knives, but 2 get one free so picked up a 3 inch and a 4 inch pairing knife as well. The total charge was around $180 CADThey have a fantastic collection if hunting knives and pocket knives as sell plus some kitchen accessories..All in all a good experience..
