It's Ikea.
You go once and it's about the same every other time.
Only things I wish was different was that more of the food in the cafe had an option to be a larger portion.
Also we bought the wrong pillow cases cause they were put in the wrong spot next the to pillow we were buying. Mostly on us for not noticing but would be nice if things were places in the right spot.

We went into IKEA a week ago and Teresa was amazing. She helped us design her kitchen if you’re ever doing a kitchen or a bathroom or anything IKEA as a way to go very much appreciate all the time that she spent with us in and in this design.

I went to IKEA today to buy brackets for a used shelving unit I bought. Unfortunately I found out that they are only sold with the unit. I was told if I went to returns they may have some and they would just give them to me. Sure enough they had them. What an awesome experience.

Such a seamless experience on returning my mattress within the 90 days period. I was assisted by Jay at the center who really went above & beyond in ensuring a seamless return. Thanks Ikea & Jay.

Review not for this location but online shopping orders. AMAZON you are not!!
2 of 3 online orders have been disappointing. 1st Parts missing and unable to assemble. Call to CS all apologetic and i was assured missing parts would be sent to me. Sometime later parcel arrives with only 1/2 of what was missing. Delayed assembly again. Finally arrives and once put together it looked like a floor model or returned item.
2nd order again missing pieces, still waiting. Called for an update on expected delivery and despite giving my account # order # full name and address (no postal code i could not remember and i didn't want to give my phone #) CS agent would not tell me anything!! Great way to make a disappointed customer now an angry one!
Your response to go on X or Facebook or Instagram baffles me. Please tell me how is a bot going to give me an answer when a trained customer service agent refuses!?

Very disappointing experience.
I bought a returned bed, and when I tried to disassemble it, I realized the tools provided were completely useless and did not match the screws or bolts at all.
I specifically asked for the correct tools, but what they gave me had nothing to do with this bed. Because of this, disassembling the bed became extremely difficult, frustrating, and time-consuming.
I had to use excessive force just to loosen the screws, and by the end, my hands were sore and in pain. It should never be this hard to disassemble a product due to incorrect tools being provided.
If you sell returned items, you should at least make sure the proper tools are included or clearly inform customers. This was unnecessary stress and a complete waste of time.
I would not recommend this experience.

Well, I can't say much about this store that others don't already know. I like just walking in here and appreciating the show rooms...you can get inspired.

Your delivery service is awful. The system told me I would receive my stuff on Monday, now they tell me Thursday. I’ve been calling everyday day and they just tell me “I’m sorry for your frustration” like if that helps me or solves anything. It’s all been lies.

This is for anyone who has ever had to return something. For me it was impossibly wrinkly floor matts....They intentionally delay the process to discourage returns.... at 30 minutes i decided to write this review. At exactly 1 hour I got called to the counter to discover you would not fully accept my return. Well. This was very frusterating. Aside from dish brushes im afraid we will have to part ways.

IKEA Coquitlam I think just got a remodeling because walking in felt like a maze - but a maze of awesome stuff. I love just walking through all the showrooms and trying every single piece of furniture. It's a fun activity even when you aren't there to buy anything. The only thing that sucked was they closed the upstairs cafeteria at 6, and we barely didn't get in so we ate down at the bistro - great prices except for the vegan nuggets which were about $1 per nugget.

No more swedish meatballs and gravy at inhouse restaurant before lunch, just cubed hard potato fries, sausage now.
