“I had to do a transfer of car ownership and renew my car insurance at the same time. The clerk was super helpful and patient. He offered help fill out the form and even tried to see if I can save some money by returning the plate, for which he had to wait and help me with the plate removal. I could renew insurance online, but the value of good customer service cannot be beaten. Highly recommended.”

I went in the Center in Coquitlam and explained my dilemma and Janice at the front counter and helped guide me through the process and download my pictures and added to our file . I'd rate Janice as a 10+.”

“SHOUT OUT TO SANAYA! I got myself into a sticky situation (driving without insurance) but the officer agree to lower the ticket if I could get insurance over the phone with him still there. I called AMC at 8:55pm and Sanaya answered and agreed, at 5 minutes before closing, to undo her closing duties and process my renewal. Thanks to her customer first attitude and ethical professionalism, she saved me $550 on a traffic fine that was very much my own fault. Also thanks to the officer who offered to lower the fine.”
