just had my iphone repaired here with David L. I was there expecting spending 500+$ (says APLLE) to fix the screen because i don't have apple care(i should have bought it) , David quickly helped me with the paper work and the diagnose, did things that he did not have to do, and brought up the warrant, i did not spent a penny and i got a fixed phone back! could not thank him enough, glad i went to London drugs instead an Apple store.

I experienced poor customer service at the pharmacy. The lady at the drop-off counter exhibited rude behavior, and after approximately 30 minutes of checking the books and references, she provided uncertain information about the prescribed medicine. I withdrew the prescription and went to another pharmacy, where they gave me accurate information, providing me with peace of mind.

I went there to buy a MacBook . I waited 20 minutes and helped the staff with their customer service question because I had more knowledge than one of their staff. Finally they got free up to help me out with my purchase I showed them that I’m price matching since every single competitor had it on sale. Finally they brought the laptop up and it was opened I asked them to see it the sales person was okay and the manager grabbed the laptop away from my hands as I purchased another laptop from Apple 10 minutes before I just needed the 2nd one. I asked what is the reason you can hold the laptop that I just bought and I can pay. Justin was like nope we can’t do that and treated me like I was about to steal the laptop and he was also giving me and the poor sales personAttitude for him to approving the price match even though it’s their policy based on their own website. I wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping at their electronics department. Thank you Justin for the great experience I was just tying to buy a laptop.

Terrible organization at the photo lab, don’t waste your time going here for passport photos or photo printing. Completely disorganized, always a huge line.

I had several photos printed in the photo lab recently. never again. I asked for several wallet size photos. The quality of the print was ok but the cut was awful. It looked like a kindergartener ripped the edges of the photos, all of them were not only not cut with anything sharp but the line was slanted and the picture wasn't square. If you need even decent quality prints go elsewhere. I ended up cutting them all by hand.

Three months ago, I was after a PS5 at London Drugs. Met Alireza, a super helpful tech guru. His advice was on point, got the PS5 instantly. Somehow, never left a review. Two days ago, my mom needed prints – guess who was there? Yep, Alireza, helping her like a pro. Huge thanks to Alireza for being great and patient.

My wife wanted me to buy 2 Twenty dollar xmass scratch and win packages while she went to the rest room. I asked the Woman I would like two. She received help and gave me 2 packs. I showed my wife and they were not the holiday packages. We had not left the store and they would not exchange them for the holiday ones. I talked to the manager and said sorry that's the policy. What a joke. 5 minutes after buying them they would not exchange them. Bad customer service.

I got the worst service in the photolab here in Coquitlam Center. It was a nightmare. I had my passport photo taken by an Asian guy. His employee number 74624 on the receipt. The name might be Henry.After he took my first shot, he showed very annoyed face and yelled at me “you are not in my camera! The photo is not going to be accepted! “ I was so stunned. I said “ I can’t see your camera, how am I going to know if I am in your camera? …“ He interrupted me and continued embarrassing me ” you don’t understand English, you don’t understand what I am saying” Excuse me??? I clearly got what you said! He then started to speak Mandarin to me. This is non sense! I feel so humiliated. What the hell you snapped at me like that for no reason. I feel very confused for a long time after I got out of the store. Isn’t that is your job to make sure you take the right photo for me? This guy is a RACIEST who hates his own race! Hey, London Drug, is this your standard of customer service? You let your employee insult your customer like that??? I will NEVER shop at this location again, or maybe no more London Drug again!

We went to the store on last Wednesday for home insurance and got an email the next day. We agreed on the quote and made an appointment to go to the store today to pay. When we were at the store earlier today the agent said they made a mistake preparing the quote as condo and not town house though she didn't explain why town house would be $50 more expensive. Then I asked her why not contact us about the error before the appointment she apologized saying she was busy. As a reputable company I think it should still abide by what was quoted and absorb the difference. Wasting our time with disappointing service.

Ian, the computer technician was very professional and honest! Fixed my PC issue and only charged me $50. Also, I was worried about the confidentiality of my PC content, so he allowed me to watch him working the whole time. I always shop at London Drugs because they don’t push me to buy things I Don’t need, they really just try to help me with exactly what I need. In today’s world, good business practice like this is hard to find.
