Don't bother. Staff is not helpful and don't understand what work wear is about. Poor selection in this store, but needed boots for an emergency. Then they tried to charge PST on green triangle work boots, which are non taxable.

Hours are wrong on google- it closed at 8pm. Terrible location. Terrible customer service. Felt like I was in trouble when I pointed out their hours were wrong on Google. They were closing up as a stream of people were arriving because their hours are wrong on Google. They didn’t seem to care whatsoever that a ton of their customers would be inconvenienced as they arrived to a closed store. Unfortunately, I predict this location will soon be permanently closed.

Been buying my safety boots here ever since I got into the carpentry program 13 years ago. Been buying 1 to 2 pairs every year since. I'm well versed with their return policy. Don't wear them outside and you ate good to return them.The last time I did buy a boot, I took them home and tied them on inside the house/over carpet. After all, I'd be wearing them for 10-12 hrs a day. Since I didn't like the fit, I returned them at this location and the cashier started giving me a hard time. Then called her manager who started asking me if I had worn them outside. I said no multiple times and then he finally agreed to accept the return. He showed me creases above the toe saying that was a sign that they had been work outside. The shoes were spotless. How can creases on top of a the shoes suggest that they were worn outside? The creases were there when I bought the boots. They are worked books. They would get creases with an hour. That's why I didn't care when I got them.

denied price match without giving a good reason other than "we dont do that". the website clearly states the policy, but they dont follow it. Went to another location and they price matched without any hassle, which means the manager of the store is a scum who tries to lie to customers. should fire the employees here.
