The store is a mess, they couldn’t change the jacket for 3 days (from size L to M).First, my husband and I came to Marks in Poco, where they told us - yes, we have the size you need. They looked for the jacket for half an hour, didn’t find it and sent us to this Marks. And literally the same. The database states that the shop have two size M jackets in stock, but no one can find them. They suggested that we wait for some time until this size was delivered from another store. Three days later the order was ready. We arrived at the store and waited another 20 minutes for them to find this jacket. While we waiting, I chose pants from the Black Friday stand with a 60% discount. At the checkout shop assistant told me that unfortunately these pants were at the regular price without a discount and the sellers simply mixed up the stands. Although there were 6 of the same pants hanging on this stand.

Rudeness with clients. They don’t register your Triangle points when you buy. They have the courage to say word by word: “too late”. This was what I heard today after buying almost CAD$ 400.00.

An absolute lifesaver when you need them, but make sure you get a receipt - not just for their fantastic exchange policies, but because Royal Parking Service likes to ticket people while they're inside shopping. Be very careful.

My boots dont last the work i put them though but the staff at Marks were Great enough to help me get prepared for this winter by reimbursing the boots needed to tackle winters edge THANK YOU ALL MARKS STAFFERS LOVE YOU ALLLLL VERY VERY VERY MUCH

Gets the job done in a pinch. I find the sizing and fit of the Dakota and Wind River clothing to often be bizarre to the point of being unwearable.I wear 34W pants, couldn't get a pair of work pants to button up until I went up to 38W and by then the proportions were way off in the legs and butt. It was comical. Ended up getting Carhartt in...you guessed it size 34 that look and feel great.Tried a size large Dakota shirt that went down past my thighs almost to my knees. What's going on? I'm 5'10".I'd try industry Workwear in Coquitlam if you're looking for good work clothes that have normal sizes in stock.

My husband and I had to return his grips for his shoes he uses in the snow due to damage, but we could not locate the bill.Esther and Jol served us and they were both very polite and professional. They fitted us with new grips and the whole process was very pleasant and seamless. Even my German shepherd liked Esther too, and gave her a kiss! So awesome they allow pets in there, and they are such a good company. I love shopping at Mark's and it's nice to see people who work there, stay there. 5 stars!!

On Christmas Eve my basement flooded with all the snowmelt and rain. I came into this location looking for rainboots so I could get into my basement and bail it out. I found the boots fine, took them up to the counter but when I was paying, the machine said incorrect pin, 4 times in a row. The clerk was watching me the whole time, and noticed that on the last attempt the transaction was cancelled. Only then did she say "Oh this machine is broken, it puts in double numbers sometimes. Your card is frozen now, you should probably call your company." Thankfully I had debit on me, but now I have no credit card until I can find time to call MasterCard. She KNEW the machine was broken and only waited to tell me until after my card was locked, and the manager must know and hasn't ordered a new machine. 2 stars because the boots work very well, but as someone who has worked in customer service since I was 17 I'm appalled by the thick-headedness of the clerk.
