I brought a suit jacket in which was very wrinkled and messy with pet hair and they got it looking like new and at the time we agreed to. Will go back.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The quality of their work is consistently excellent, turnaround is always quick, and the staff are genuinely lovely and welcoming every time. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable for the level of service they provide. It’s so nice to have a dry cleaner you can fully trust — I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I used to love this place.But under new management prices gone through the roof.For two simple gilet(slevless body warmer)they have charged me $52 it’s insane.

The quality has gone down while prices have gone up under the new owners. Cleaning 3 pairs of denim jeans and 1 lightweight hoodie should not cost me nearly $50

I have been taking clothes that need dry cleaning to Fletchers in Vancouver for years. I trusted their company, but I found it very expensive. I wanted to find a new place to take my clothing, so I decided to try Martinizing because it had good reviews, location was closer to me and I wanted to pay less.
I took one sweater, one wool cardigan, and two pairs of dress pants in for cleaning. The total cost was 41 dollars…excellent right? Well no. I guess you get what you pay for because my wool cardigan came back to me all shrunk and with more pilling over it than when I brought it in. Also the one sweater I brought in did not have the small stain removed that I thought would have been. However my two dress pants were dry cleaned just fine.
I’m disappointed with the service and will be taking my clothes elsewhere from now on. If you have clothing that’s either sentimental or simply just expensive to replace, I don’t recommend Martinizing dry cleaning.

The place is good and my quilt is cleaned as expected. I would say she only thing to improve is the timing. I dropped it there on a Saturday and they told me that it was going to be ready next Friday.

Pricing remains the same but I did miss the old management who’s been there for as long as I can recall. Probably going to try a different one near my place going forward.
