“I have visited a few LifeLabs locations, and this is the most preferred location. It is clean and well maintained most of time. The reception are efficient and welcoming. The LifeLabs staff are friendly and professional. This location is closer to skytrain, easy access too.”
“Staff is great. Expect a long wait (60 mins) if you don’t have an appointment. Lots of parking underground.
Electronic Requisitions accepted - Email requisition when you arrive, wait for a confirmation number to your email & they call your name. Use ‘Guest’ wifi if needed.”

“Always be kind to others. You never know what someone is going through. It could be the worse day of their lives and you’d never know it”
Can’t begin to praise your employee, Soolmaz, enough. She was so kind and helpful to my husband and I on September 1, 2026. You are so lucky to such a wonderful employee.”

“Exceptional. Clean, efficient. Only suggestion, the counter closest to the door should be used so staff can see clearly whether there are people standing in line.”
