I am SO incredibly grateful that this place exists. Several times now they have come to my rescue by diagnosing my car issue and promptly rectifying it without overcharging me. This is an honest business with people who truly know what they are doing. Their main guy was a master Audi technician so I always know that my car is in good hands ?

I highly recommend ML Autoz! Matthew kindly squeeze us in when my car was completely dead and would not work. I really appreciated him taking the time to walk me through and explain what needed to be done. My car is back working! I would most definitely go back!

I've brought my car in twice now for regular servicing and each time the customer service has been fantastic. Never felt like they were trying to upsell any service or product. Prices are extremely reasonable and appointment availability was excellent. Hope they can keep my old beater going for many more years to come!

Chris and his Technician were honest, friendly and explained everything done to my car (and a couple suggestions I should consider in the near future for maintenance.) Cost was very fair for the service I had done when comparing with their competitors. I feel confident in their shop and will be bringing my GTI here from now on. Their technician was a master tech at Audi/VW prior to being at this shop and has extensive knowledge about the brands and their quirks and features!Great experience all around and highly recommend ML Autoz!

My son and I routinely bring our vehicles in for normal service. We both own Mercedes and the knowledge and expertise of the ML AutoZ mechanics is great. The pricing, attention to detail and overall customer service is top notch. Thanks to Chris and the team for another quality service.

ML Autoz will be my go-to repair shop moving forward for my VW. I found Chris to be informative, honest, and friendly. After years of bringing my vehicle into the dealer for servicing I decided to explore other options and ML Autoz was the place. They seem to have a real passion for cars and it shows! Their VW mechanic was also able to find the source of this annoying rattle which has been driving me crazy for over a month. Go check them out!

Was very disappointed with the service even though I had high hopes since one of my friends suggested this place for me.Came here for a sudden alternator replacement and they told me that they'd be ready by the next day.Came the next day, and without a call or heads up notice, I arrive and they tell me that my car was overheating and that there might be an issue with the radiator. I came at 4:30 (since that's when they said it'd be ready by) and when I showed up they said it would take another day (since they close at 5pm) I couldn't wait as I needed the car and didn't want to pay for a diagnose for a situation they couldn't even clearly explain... (mind you my car has been fine for so long, and no overheating problems at all)Since I don't know much about cars, I called up one of my friends to quickly come and help me and check it out and they thought something was fishy and that they were not even adding coolant into the radiator... overall just not a pleasant experience.They didn't seem to be that interested in fixing a Toyota Camry and wasn't patient with me and seemed to not care at all.
