Chris and his Technician were honest, friendly and explained everything done to my car (and a couple suggestions I should consider in the near future for maintenance.) Cost was very fair for the service I had done when comparing with their competitors. I feel confident in their shop and will be bringing my GTI here from now on. Their technician was a master tech at Audi/VW prior to being at this shop and has extensive knowledge about the brands and their quirks and features!Great experience all around and highly recommend ML Autoz!

My son and I routinely bring our vehicles in for normal service. We both own Mercedes and the knowledge and expertise of the ML AutoZ mechanics is great. The pricing, attention to detail and overall customer service is top notch. Thanks to Chris and the team for another quality service.

ML Autoz will be my go-to repair shop moving forward for my VW. I found Chris to be informative, honest, and friendly. After years of bringing my vehicle into the dealer for servicing I decided to explore other options and ML Autoz was the place. They seem to have a real passion for cars and it shows! Their VW mechanic was also able to find the source of this annoying rattle which has been driving me crazy for over a month. Go check them out!

Was very disappointed with the service even though I had high hopes since one of my friends suggested this place for me.Came here for a sudden alternator replacement and they told me that they'd be ready by the next day.Came the next day, and without a call or heads up notice, I arrive and they tell me that my car was overheating and that there might be an issue with the radiator. I came at 4:30 (since that's when they said it'd be ready by) and when I showed up they said it would take another day (since they close at 5pm) I couldn't wait as I needed the car and didn't want to pay for a diagnose for a situation they couldn't even clearly explain... (mind you my car has been fine for so long, and no overheating problems at all)Since I don't know much about cars, I called up one of my friends to quickly come and help me and check it out and they thought something was fishy and that they were not even adding coolant into the radiator... overall just not a pleasant experience.They didn't seem to be that interested in fixing a Toyota Camry and wasn't patient with me and seemed to not care at all.

Great experience with ML Autoz! Could not be happier with Chris and his team. Brought my 328i in, as it was struggling at low rpms. They found the problem and fixed it within 3 hours. Showed me photos of 'before' and 'after'. And washed my car as a bonus. Better experience than official BMW.

I've been taking my car to ML Autoz for the last six years. They have been a great help to me in that time considering the age of my vehicle is almost 20 years old. I have taken my car there for suspension fixes, new break pads and realignments, and a window switch fix among other ailments. Matthew and Chris have been able to fix them in a timely and affordable manner. My car is a Mazda, which they are experienced in, so they know that car brand well. I'm sure I would be riding the bus and hoofing it to my workplace and school if it wasn't for their help. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I'll likely be going to them with my car needs until the wheels fall off. Knowing them though, they may have a solution to that too!Services: Electrical repair

I inquired 3 other stores before I found ML Autoz to repair my BMW X3 transfer case issue with multiple lights on because of it. They replaced the gear with a reasonable price and resolved the problem with best solution. Matthew and Christ are professional, friendly and honest. I brought my car in to ML Autoz from the Sunshine coast as finding a decent European mechanic was proving difficult. under recommendation from a friend that lives in the Port Moody area who gets work on his Mercedes Benz amg there. The work that they did was excellent the technician with years of Audi exp explained to me the problem didn't try to hit me with expensive repairs and talked me out of spending dollar's that didn't need to be spent and did a follow up visit at no charge . Over all it was definitely worth the trip to the mainland and ferry ride to deal with a shop and crew with honesty and integrity . Fixed a coolant problem. Fast and at a good price. Knew alot about my mercedes as I think they said their ppl are all ex Mercedes and ex BMW employees.
