The manager Jason and sales associate Panthea were great. Very compassionate, understanding, and helpful, which is rare in the sales world nowadays. Definitely recommend this location.

I am very disappointed at the way this furniture store is treating people, just red the news about a claim over defected product and the fact that this store with big profit has refused to solve the problem.
I did have issues with this store in the past and not shopping there anymore for the same reason.

Went in to browse through and saw these beautiful silver bird sculptures on display definitely thinking about getting one. It was nice to be greeted when coming in to the store will be back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SELL YOU. I purchased a $6,000 couch from this location and the associate at the store confirmed with me that there are no feathers and that the interior is foam and that it will retain its shape but the couch looks like GARBAGE only 4 months in. I called the store and the "resolutions manager" had no resolution. She told me to fluff it up as if I hadn't already done that. Zero resolution then I come to find out that moes home collection isn't even the real moes home collection. Now im stuck with a $6,000 couch and zero solution. Thanks a lot!

Got a couch, a coffee table, and two nightstand lamps three years ago and we love them to bits still. Jason and his staff are wonderful and we look forward to shopping there again real soon.

Do not trust these guys!They are just a franchise of MOE's who do not care about customers and the product quality is garbage.we bought a set of furniture from them and they came defective. They just delayed the response for 14 days and then rejected accepting returns!

FRAUD ALERT! The worst furniture store I have ever dealt with!!!DO NOT FALL into the trap that this is a brand store! A dusty old supermarket has a better customer CARE than these guys!! Quality is garbage and they just stick a brand on it and sell it for a premium with no care for the customer.Read the other reviews! They all complain about the same thing!Coquitlam store is apparently just a franchise from moe's and they follow moe's policy whenever it suits them and just ignore the policy whenever it is against them!!I bought 6 dining chairs for about $4000 from them and I have had problem with them exactly 2 days after I got the delivery! They fooled me into thinking that the problem with my chair upholstery is a defect so I do not return them while I could withing the 14 days of delivery. After the return period was closed, they just simply ignored me and said that is not their problem!!!These expensive chairs are just a decorative piece and they are not meant to be sat on! The store customer care advise me to make sure that all my guests wash their pants before coming to my place or place a towel over the chair!!! Really?!!!! I only had guest may be less than 5 times ever since I bought these chairs. I live alone with no pets or anyone else living with me. Normally out of my apartment for 12 hours a day, so I am not even using the chairs and they are showing problems!! they just bring every excuse to ignore the fact that they have sold you a product that is defective!!!!1IKEA QUALITY IS BETTER THAN THIS GARBAGE!!!
