I am so thrilled to be able to write this review about the store Manager in BC at Mr. Big & Tall Menswear, 2929 Barnet Hwy #1054, Coquitlam, BC V3B 5R5, this professional and highly valuable Manager name is Robert Reed. I am so impressed by Robert's Customer skills, he knows his place, I had to exchange some items what my Sister had purchased for me in Mr. Big & Tall in Calgary 10208 Macleod Trail (I wrote a review about that store) and I explained what I use looking to do, Robert listened, did not interrupt. When I was finished with what I had to say, I ask Robert what he thought and he immediately started to explain what he would be able to help, WOW! what a difference. Yes, this review is about Robert, and I was so impressed with his conduct, manner, and professionalism that I have to write this review, for Robert, who has wonderfully earned it!It was a joy to watch and be a part of a mature professional employee who loved his job and truly cared about me, a Customer. Robert was simply amazing, I would look at ties which I purchased 3 beautiful ties, I asked Robert about the ties I was looking at and I ask him for his view, he was gracious and thoughtful in his reply, and it made me see that he was correct and I bought based on his wonderful answer.My Wife mentioned a shirt that she thought would be a nice colour, Robert stopped what he was doing and when to a part of the store where there was a display of shirts, which I had already looked, Robert, knowing his store and stock in seconds showed me the shirt (dress) that my Wife had mentioned, and I had already stated what size I was looking for. In Robert's hands was the dress shirt in the right colour, the right size, amazing salesmanship, truly world class!I told Robert that I had already looked for the dress shirt there but I could not find my size, Robert was very calm and reassuring that he knew all the stock and when my Wife mentioned the Dress shirt, he, in his mind, knew that he had that shirt, in that size, who cannot be impressed with a professional Store Manager who knows his store this well, very, very impressive Robert, very impressive indeed!!When we finished our shopping, which included buying a suit, which Robert measured me for and he was very skilled and extremely pleasant to speak with. Robert is a delight man and a treasure that the Management of Mr. Big & Tall must look after and keep. Robert, I trust this review will be shown to you along with the upper Management acknowledgement of your world class professionalism and Customer relations skill and I trust they will handsomely reward you Robert for the absolute best store experience I have ever had!I look forward to my next trip to Robert's store that he manages for Mr. Big & Tall. This review is from a very grateful and blessed Customer who is telling the real truth of my experience. I do not know Robert, for the store is in Coquitlam and we live in Chilliwack some 90 miles away. I wish nothing but the very best for Manager Robert and for Mr. Big & Tall who together have the best one, two punch, the very best line of clothing and the very best Manager, that is the WINNING combination that any business would want! Very, very well-done Mr. Big & Tall!!!

The staff is very helpful and super polite but a big chunk of their dress clothes are cheap imports that fit really poorly. I’m admittedly a really big guy. But I am mostly sized out of Big&Tall Canada and yet I can shop name brands in regular department store Big&Tall sections in the states. These stores have really gone down in quality over the years. Britches is a terrible quality house brand. Their T-shirts are very over priced and shrink 1-2 sizes after their first time wash. Never again. They should really look into better suppliers.Big and Tall is not a store I should walk in and have embarrassing moments with the staff because they can’t accommodate my size. I’m a big guy but the fact that I can still shop in the US says this is a reasonable grievance against a store that specializes in dressing large men.Edit: they responded saying they were going to help me but gave me fake contact info. Avoid.

Good place to get proper fitting clothes with interesting selection of new arrivals in clothes...my only regret is things are only available for limited time before new clothes or replace what they have there now. So if find something good.ake sure to go back soon after before it's sold out or discontinued..seems fashion changes quickly there within few months.
