“This is our neighbourhood store and it is always great to be able to support local. I only needed half a gallon and was advised that 2 quarts is cheaper. When I realized it would only be $3 cheaper I asked them to hold off tinting but she had already started. It turns out there is a sale on the gallon so advice given was based on regular price. They provided me with a refund for the difference between the sale discount and what I paid. They did not have to and I really appreciate the extra customer service. Thanks!”
