Terrible experience. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. They have a fake UPS sign, but when I shipped a package, they refused to provide a UPS tracking number, making it impossible to track my shipment. This is completely unacceptable.
I hope UPS takes action against this misleading and dishonest practice, and I will be reporting it.

four over 4 years, I used to make Fedex shipment with this shop when I want fast delivery (2 days max).
The last Saturday (March 1st, 2025), I made a shipment as usual and paid $80+ to another Canadian province. It was fast served by a newbie with an expert on his back. I relied on them that it would be like usual. When I saw Purolator in the receipt, I thought it would be as fast as Fedex for the paid amount. When I checked for tracking, surprise! it wouldn't arrive before the 10th! this is even slower than post Canada for a little dongle!
Hello guys! A message from somebody you made upset! If I chose to ship a dongle through your service, it's because this is for work emergency!
Conclusion, I'll perhaps use your service again, without never relying on what you're doing in your hidden monitor. I'll have to ask you each time what service you're using and how long it takes! Lesson learned!

If you first time there hard realized where the post office, I didn't find a logo or whatever , but then lady that works there show that it in the corner behind the cashier and I get my package,all nice fast.

I questioned how to send something large and fragile to the U.S., and the staff person was very helpful and knowledgeable. She reassured me that she would wrap it well, and that it would likely arrive within a week. The parcel arrived in perfect condition just 5 days later, and I was very grateful for that (as was the recipient of the gift). Great service!

I have been dealing with PakMail Coquitlam for a number of years. The staff are friendly, the packaging is top notch and the pricing is great when compared to other stores in the area.

Make sure you tape your boxes closed beforehand. They charged me 2.00 per box times 4 boxes. I was stuck for time so I agreed. They would not let me borrow the tape and to it myself. 2 employees in a shop that isn’t even busy. Biggest rip off of my life. I’m never going back. I would be ashamed to be an owner operator of a place that does this.
