Make sure you tape your boxes closed beforehand. They charged me 2.00 per box times 4 boxes. I was stuck for time so I agreed. They would not let me borrow the tape and to it myself. 2 employees in a shop that isn’t even busy. Biggest rip off of my life. I’m never going back. I would be ashamed to be an owner operator of a place that does this.

The packing was exceptional and materials arrived in spotless condition by ground shipping option with a 1 1/2 week projected delivery window. Considering what is involved, costs were acceptable but still quite hefty. Air cost is in the stratosphere ( double what the auction total was!). Since there are few options, that's the way it's going to be from Waddingtons West.

Very terrible service at this location on Friday 7th June 2024, the 2 staff who were working there need training and do not know what customer service is.
Annoyingly FedEx decides to leave my parcel at this location. I asked my husband to pick up my parcel, as I’m physically challenged right now, he went there with the tracking number and all, the 2 young kids working there did not even have the courtesy to be understanding, or even call me, as the parcel owner.
I hope FedEx never takes my parcel there again. Jeez.

I dropped off package for fedex. I asked for a tracking and acceptance print out, was told she will email and provided email and never received email. I called and asked for them for a track number and basically told sorry cant find it.

Here’s an idea: put your holiday hours on your website. I think it’s awesome that employees get off early the Friday before Christmas, but maybe share that tidbit with folks coming to pick up packages that FedEx failed to deliver. :)
