  Just came in with my boyfriend and the two ladies working were an absolute pleasure. They were very intuitive in helping me find something that perfectly matched my preferences and were very friendly and personable. Im sorry I can’t remember their names but I would 100% drive 40 minutes for this level of service again... read full comment

  What awesome service we received from the staff at Pandora coquitlam mall. My daughters charm from Japan broke and it was replaced (with a receipt of course) hassle free! Also Sara the store manager was awesome at giving good customer service to my mom who ended up buying a piece for herself! Impressed. ?
