The staff were so helpful at helping me find a perfect gift, when they didn’t have a size in the one I was searching for they helped me find alternatives on one of the busiest days, Black Friday. Very pleasant experience!

Limited amount of customers, was waiting to go inside and when they let people out they told me to continue to wait, so I came back later to make my purchase. There were signs everywhere saying there's a sale for 30% off but that was a lie. False advertisement and horrible customer service.

I had to exchange an item today, and when I went to the store today, I realized the staff were super friendly and helpful. As a customer, it really makes you feel valued when you're given the sense that you're welcomed. Highly recommend this place thanks to well-behaved staff and gorgeous looking items.

Wonderful service! Helped be out when they didn’t have to with a way overdue return and helped pick out all the charms I needed for my daughter’s future birthdays which I won’t be around for. Thank you to their kindness and helpfulness ❤️❤️❤️

I went to the store to return the earrings that i bought at Metrotown as the item is not closing properly. The salesperson just told me that they can’t do anything as i bought it at Metrotown. It is hassle for their customer to have this policy. The salesperson says that i cant return it because i wore it already but I didn’t she didn’t even asked me if i wore it already but she assumed already it means she’s accusing me of something. I don’t want to give any stars to be honest. Poor customer service this is the worst pandora place that I've been.

I have been shopping at pandora Coquitlam for 5 years. I live out in Vancouver and go to coquitlam because of the exceptional customer service they provide. The staff team is phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable about the charms and products they sell. The management team are always extremely wonderful and welcoming. They always go above and beyond with everything. I can't thank them enough. I always recommend pandora coquitlam to my friends and family. Everytime I bring a friend or family, they are never disappointed. Super highly recommend! If your not shopping at this location you are missing out. I have been to metrotown, downtown( Pacific centre), langley ( Willowbrook mall), north vancouver(park royal) , Richmond. As I am a collector and coquitlam pandora is by far my favourite store.

I had a terrible experience at this location!I went to the Coquitlam Center store on Oct, 24 around 6:25pm to buy a gift for my friend's birthday.Two other guests were served at that moment. Sara approached helping me find a gift,I told her it was for a birthday, and I looked for the earrings.She showed me a bunch of samples and a booklet of the earrings they have at the store.My husband and I chose a fabulous set of earrings which my friend may love.When she was wrapping the earring, I asked her to put a gift receipt as it's a gift.She mentioned that IT'S A FINAL SALE SO I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR GETTING IT AND SHE STAMPED 'FINAL SALE' ON THE PURCHASE RECEIPT.She kept saying my friend would like those earrings. Because they're popular ones.I wasn't happy not getting the gift receipt. It never happened to me before.( I assume this is not only me who's had such this terrifying experience at this store! )However,the store seemed busy by organizing to close the store.My husband and I felt unrespectful but we just left the store.This problem continues to make me uncomfortable and it's been bothering me for the last few days.The reason is that the item is not a final sale one.I definitely checked the price of those with my hubby when I purchased them, it was even written off the price $ 55.00 of the booklet too.I've never experienced anything like this before at Pandora stores, or met any employees who are not professional and lied such a thing to their guest.I know my friend will love them to wear and be pleased with what she is getting from me.But. This matter is not for the staff to judge whether my friend will like it or not.I absolutely DO NOT want to face such an experience at Pandora anymore.The staff will have to be thoroughly trained to prevent any such problem from happening to any guests.I don't think I would spend my time and money to get any items at Pandora for a while because of her attitude.It would be better, if it was easy to contact Pandora Headquaters.

Sara was super friendly and helpful over the phone! And one of the better customer services I've ever gotten at any other Pandora location. When I went to the store, Elaine and Hema helped me out, and knew what I was there for already. They were all so pleasant and patient, and made sure I left happy with my purchase.

For the last five months I have been a fulltime sales associate at pandora Metrotown location but since this location had been brought and own by a different owner I’ve been having a bad experience this coming will even cause me my anxiety attack as they treat you poorly pay you less with more work and now I have not been paid at all like no paycheque had been sent to me since the last 20 and more days and I am not the only person to not receive money there’s more. If you like planning to buy or work at Pandora Please save yourself from all the trouble they only care about your money if you’re a customer and you time and work if you’re an employee
