On my son’s birthday, I bought a helium tank, hoping to decorate the house with balloons before he got home from school. As I started inflating the balloons, I noticed strange sounds, and the gas wasn’t coming out properly. Concerned, I put the tank aside, and unfortunately, my son’s birthday decorations were ruined. I remembered the “exchange only” policy when I purchased it, so a few days later, I went back to exchange it. The balloons filled with helium were all falling to the floor, and since I couldn’t go to exchange the tank immediately, I took photos just in case.However, the manager, Tammy, was surprisingly rude and dismissive. She questioned why it didn’t work at home if it worked in-store, which seemed odd to me too.
The reason I brought it back was precisely because it didn’t work at home. I couldn’t understand why it suddenly started working again in the store, but the point was that it failed me when I needed it. Tammy could have simply explained the policy with understanding, and I would have accepted it, even if disappointed. Instead, she left, and then someone named Ryan approached me with the same dismissive attitude, saying they couldn’t exchange it because the tank had been opened. How was I supposed to know it didn’t work without opening it? What’s the point of writing “exchange only” on the receipt if it doesn’t mean anything?
This experience was so frustrating that I would give zero stars if possible. The attitudes of the staff I dealt with were the worst I’ve ever encountered, and thanks to this store, my opinion of Party City is now at an all-time low. I doubt I’ll ever return.

The website availability at this party city is the most accurate. I have had poor service / other stores not answering their phones when you call to confirm an item in stock but not at this location the staff here are awesome!

I bought some helium balloons for my birthday party, the ones that they have pre-made in little bunches in front the counter. They've stayed full of air for over a month! The party was Aug. 3rd, and on Sept. 13th, they're still floating! Incredible quality.

Came in here to buy some gift bags and a roll of tickets. Couldn’t find tickets so I figured I’d ask for help but the employees were so busy getting orders ready that were obviously late given the amount of people standing around waiting for them… They couldn’t be bothered to ring up my purchase or answer my question of where the rolls of tickets were kept. I could have just walked out with what I wanted and they wouldn’t have noticed because they didn’t even acknowledge I existed. But I didn’t. Instead if left it all on the counter after being ignored and walked out. Terrible customer service. And I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels that way after seeing the faces of everyone waiting for their orders…

Very cool store, so much variety, love ? candy also ..The older lady's are lovely and very helpful ?
The younger ones need to be little more professional, not judge , or stare when they see someone with tattoos....
This is a professional business and a free world ? people from all walks of life have right to bear them and walk into any store like anyone else ?

Great selection. However never enough staff to deal with balloons. I understand you can place an order in advance but 25 minute wait for 2 balloons is excessive. Should have more than one staff member doing balloons on weekends.

Lovely stuff and gifts all about partying. Kinda expensive but the store is very organized and a lot of pretty things.
