I went to their customer service department to inquire about why my birthday voucher couldn't activate due to their ongoing system glitch with the voucher system, only to be treated poorly by an impatient and rude middle-aged Filipino lady (no intent to generalize here). She seemed like she was so busy that her patience with people who aren't that technologically savvy was running indefinitely thin already. I expected much better customer service from this location's store, especially since they're a pretty big Canadian company, and will continue to for all other companies in general. To this day, I'm still waiting on their system glitch to be fixed/debugged. Worst case scenario I have to complain to their general manager about this. At least hire more patient and friendlier customer service staff who are very knowledgeable London Drugs, geez.

I paid $16 for two printed photos and $4 for digital access to the photo. The print quality is mediocre.

I had a totally different feeling in service. I accompanied my elder neighbors to take passport photos. A middle aged man with glasses rudely asked us to step back when we were lined up. Even we did keep some distances with another customer. Then this middle aged man asked us to tell him the photo’s dimension that we need to take. I told him my friend took the same photo before without getting asked for the dimension, but he still insisted for the dimension of the photo. Another young staff told us he could help us while we were searching for the photo’s size. We also get to know that the store’s system has a various of the passport photo’s dimension. So why is that middle aged man keep asking me for the dimension while it’s stored inside the system, and how is this guy still on this job without even knowing how this entire system works????

I like the cashiers here who are generally pretty friendly and I honestly do for the most part enjoy shopping here, but I came here today, as I always take those flexible plastics and plastic bags to toss in the recycling bin and was more annoyed with my experience. Some Chinese lady who I think works in customer service was literally watching me like a hawk and following me seeing what the heck I was doing, I mean what am I going to do, steal a bunch of dirty plastic bags from the recycling bin? Come On. How ridiculously stupid would that be? I was there to get rid of stuff not take anything. I can't stand people like that.
