Avoid this branch, incompetent workers that screw up easily. My last visit the teller messed up my banking cards so I couldn't access my account. Last time I ever go here.

First time coming to this branch after HSBC migrated to RBC. Poor first impression as the teller booths layout is way too open. There were no barriers between the booths and you can see and hear what other clients say and do to the client advisors next to your booth very easily. No privacy at all. The manager that sits right in front of the door is very rude and unhelpful. Might transfer my accounts to other client oriented banks.

Slow service.
TD next door opens at 9 and help customers fast.
I needed statements from both and TD took 7 minutes at RBC took 25 minutes. And no, it wasn’t an exception, it’s always like this.

WOULD SOMEBODY PLEASE CLEAN THE SCREENS OF THE ATMS?!?! They are so filthy that not only can I barely see what it says but it is just plain disgusting. Is it that hard to do a quick spray every morning or a quick wipe with a disinfecting cloth so your customers don’t feel like they have to sanitize themselves after? Just gross ?

The service at this Coquitlam Royal Bank is very poor, mainly because there is a 50-year-old white female manager with yellow hair in the lobby. Every time I go there, I see her face is very serious, she has no smile, and she is very impatient with every customer. She also spoke in a commanding tone to the counter staff. She would rudely retort to customers' questions. She felt that she treated every customer as a bad person. She hoped that the boss of RBC Bank would fire this manager. If this manager is not dealt with, RBC will Lost a lot of customers.

One of the worst RBC branches in the Lower Mainland after the one on Kingsway and Edmonds . Do not go to the woman from Middle East in her mid-40s . Try to avoid that lady. I've been a RBC customer for the last 27 years , never seen customer service like this . I'm Very disappointed RBC . I hope in the future you will hire more qualified workers .

Do not deal with this people!My Visa card charged by scammers, and I called to report to disguise which agent told me yes it is a scammer. he transferred me to the other line and I wait over one over but nobody answered and I lost the connection. The same story happened another three times but again after a long, waiting time and staying on the hold nobody answers and finally today when I just called the customer service rep told me there is no other way to go around that and then I asked for supervisor he denied to connect me.!This service is not standard and this is my first review on Google. I’m gonna go to the all newspaper and social media to inform my people in my city that this guys have such a Vik and not acceptable service.! not even have someone to take your phone and saying that your money is gone!

There was a line up for service, however an employee named Chaki (?) asked the reason I was there. Told her and she informed me I could do my business on ATM. She assisted me and it saved me a LOT of time. She was very pleasant and professional. Great employee!
