Went in to move some money around the refused to do so, and they gave me a number to call to get them to do it!! And it's a number that doesn't workHonestly, everything rbc Bank I go to is a horrible experience, but this place has made me change bankWould recommend never to go into this bank

I had an appointment with this agent Simar to open my first credit card account. After we the process we faced an issue for the credit check and for some reason it was showing my sister credit which this part wasn’t his fault. After some time that he figured out how it can be fixed he told me to cone back a week after (oct 18) to sign the documents and hopefully I’ll get my credit card by mis November. I went to the branch at Oct 18 but they told me that he he doesn’t work today and he didn’t leave any paperwork for me to sign and when I emailed him about it he told me ha had me in his to do list and it will be done soon. Today is November 25 and I haven’t heard of him from that day and he doesn’t even answer my emails and I was busy so I couldn’t go there.Worst agent ever that I had to deal with. When my credit card works are done I make sure I’m never going back to this branch ever.

I was very disappointed with a woman named Cassidy who helped me yesterday. She was impatient and not very friendly. I drove from Langley to have a form that took I am sure 10 minutes but I had to wait the whole day to get it. I would have gladly paid for the service but after an attempt at a different branch it wasn't not correctly drawn up so needed to be redone. When I needed her to add one more comment she did and I thanked her to which she did not acknowledge. If I return to that branch where I opened my TFSA of which I needed the info for I will ask for a different person to serve me should I get her.

I’m disappointed in this branch, we spoke to one gentleman Chris, whom when we had questions about the status he wouldn’t call us back nor email myself or my husband. Something that took three weeks going on four which should have done in about a week. Also taking our money and putting into another account when what we wanted wasn’t even completed and when I called a hotline for rbc they stated it was in pending status because they require more info but no one has contacted us.I thought the service was rude for not even having the decency to respond either by email or phone call

This branch has pleasant staff except for one lady who I always seem to have the luck to deal with. She is patronizing and always asks too many personal questions like “why are you withdrawing this much?” It feels like interrogation. This lady alone has pushed me away from this branch.

Standing in line , waiting to get to a teller . Two tellers on and management hiding in the office while 5 people have been waiting in line ahead of me for at least 15-20 minutes. Awful customer service.

I was reluctant to write this, especially I've had such good experiences with Jon Chan in the past, but he has gone downhill as of late. The lack of communication in my most recent dealings with him has caused me and my partner a great deal of stress, and cost us money with nothing to show for it. Jon has not admitted any culpability for his part in this (that is, has not admitted that his lack of communication has been a problem), and keeps pointing the finger at other people (myself, my mother, and our notary). I cannot recommend him to anyone else, please, PLEASE do yourself a favour and deal with someone else, preferably someone who is not at RBC.

The staff were very freindly and attentive of my granddaughter opening a new account. Joseph was great. Explaining everything, answering all her questions and guiding her in a direction that will work best for her at this time.

Irresponsibility, not having enough knowledge, giving wrong information to the customer. I wasted a week of my time opening a small business account and they avoided opening an account for me for no reason, and they couldn't provide me any documents or showing me a law which makes me not eligible for that. I drove from the other side of town to this place and they just wasted my time. Cindy is an incompetent bank advisor by all means.

The interest rate on my savings account was reduced drastically with no notification. When I went to brach and asked for explanation, since bank of Canada rate did not fall. Bank rep could not answer me and said that the branch manager will give me a call to answer my question. Manager did not call back, but had a rep call me back to say that a letter will be sent to me. Interesting how banks can change contract and not inform customers.John
