Redpath Relocations.. Special thank you to Oscar, Luciano, Jose, Kevin and another fellow that showed up at the end to offer help (sorry, didn't get his name) and of course the amazing arranger of our move Josie! You all did an amazing job!.. Prompt.. We engaged Redpath Relocations for our complicated commercial move: moving from 4 different locations in Lower Mainland to one consolidated building that took over 4 months to complete. Redpath team has been exceptional in accommodating our ever changing timeline and job scope due to multiple construction delays. They have been quick to adapt and respond to many of our requests and the team on site have done a phenomenal job in getting the job done with utmost professionalism. Efficient, friendly, and responsive - they did a great job of relocating our lab equipment between buildings at UBC. They managed to do the job quickly even with fresh snow! I'd definitely enlist their services again.

I recently used the services of RedPath Relocations -- they were absolutely phenomenal -- client service was excellent and prompt -- the guys assigned to the work were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I used the company to set up a storage bed with 12 drawers, i am normally good at putting furniture together but this one was complex, came in 7 boxes etc. The guys did the job in no time, they were extremely efficient. I would never hesitate using or recommending Red Path Relocations for your move/relocation, assembly, etc. They are the absolute best.

I feel really compelled to write a review. We worked with Josie who was fantastic!We had a total of 7 estimates. Josie was the only person who wound up giving us an accurate estimate. She was within 300lbs while every other moving company was over by at least 3,000lbs. We knew that the estimates were over inflated because we've moved several times. There were no games from Josie...she just gave us her assessment which wound up being pretty darn spot on!Second, she was the only coordinator that thought outside the box. (Pun not intended). She gave us an option of a traditional move or a snap move. There were no other moving companies that offered this, even though they were possible through their bigger partner United/Mayflower. It saved us a few thousand dollars. Also importantly, it was just a breath of fresh air to work with someone that was actually trying to be a partner with us vs. trying to rake us over the coals. We move fairly frequently, and if we move back to BC, we will definitely be working with Josie!Lastly, like with all big cross border moves, there were a couple of hiccups. This happens no matter who you use and we've moved enough to know this fact. I think what's important is how moving companies handle the hiccups more than anything. Josie and Redpath moved through each obstacle with integrity and made sure the customer has made whole and happy. If you're looking for a move with no hiccups, I recommend you not move at all. That's just the reality of big, long distance moves. But, if you're looking for a partner to work through the process with, go with Redpath!Thank you, Josie! You went above and beyond.

I was in a jam, having a last-minute move from Vancouver to Toronto due to a change in work. This was at the height of the moving season and I needed storage in between as we didn't know specifically where we were going to live in Toronto when our Vancouver house was packed.With only a few days notice they were able to pack up our 1000 square-foot basement suite. They were efficient and professional throughout. In particular, the movers came across an envelope with some cash when emptying drawers and immediately passed it onto me so that it wouldn't end up in storage for several months.Great job all around and highly recommended.

I went through a lot of options for movers before I picked Redpath. Immediately they were responsive, professional, and answered every question I had. They came out to do a visual assessment of what we had to move (rather than giving me a rough estimate on the phone) and they were very accommodating to our needs and concerns. Moving from the mainland to the island during a pandemic was no small job, but they handled it with care, professionalism and good humor. I really appreciate the whole team (admin side and the movers) who took a potentially high stress situation and made it actually enjoyable. I know who I'll call when I move again!

Not a single complaint. It was so uncomplicated. They collected out stuff, stored it, insured it, and then 2 months later delivered it as promised. No broken glass ... nothing . I supported a local business. I got a great deal. And I got a great outcome.One moving company insisted on sitting us through a sales pitch. It was like a time share nightmare. They were 300% the price. I kid you not.Some details. 2 months storage. 2x 20ft containers worth of household goods.I enthusiastically recommend them.Peter C, Burnaby

I have used Redpath for a couple moves now and their whole team are professional and pleasant to deal with. The movers we had on our most recent move from Surrey to Kelowna were on time and never once grumbled about even the heaviest of items. They were careful with our items and wrapped the furniture well to ensure it was safe in transit. They are fairly priced and the quality of movers you get is great! I would book them again for sure.
