Amazing customer service by Bhuwan at the Rogers Coquitlam store.
He helped me set up my phone and also got me a new one. He explained everything so clearly and patiently. This is the first time I’ve seen someone do such an amazing job. Highly recommend him!

For starters I'll say this isn't about the location- but the company. I've been a customer for 20+ years. I recently upgraded my phone as it was just that time, and when my last bill came in, it was outrageously expensive. So I called Rogers to see where i could make some adjustments in my plans ( my son's phone is on my account as well). After being on hold for almost 2 hrs, I was told that I can't change my plan....because I'm financing my phone.... financing a phone, and the plan for data and useage are in no way connected. So this 'customer service' rep is saying that I'm stuck with an almost $400/mth bill until the phone is paid off in two years - then I can be treated like a person that matters. I could pay off the phones and cancel - but then cancellation fees...so I asked to be transferred to the loyalty dept/team. She said they'd call with 48 - 72 hrs. No one ever called back. Monopolies, am I right? They treat you like crap because you have no other choice but to eat it politely with a fork and knife.

I had an excellent experience with Rogers Telecommunications. The customer service was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Everything was explained clearly, and my issue was resolved quickly, which made the entire process stress-free.
I would especially like to acknowledge Mr. Bhuwan Chandra for his outstanding support and professionalism. This level of service truly reflects Rogers’ commitment to customer satisfaction.
