I'd like to replace the old aluminum blinds to the zebra blind from Royal Blinds. The overall service was good, and the turn around time was fast, it took only about 2 weeks from quote to installation :) The pricing is competitive and the staff was knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend!

My one star is sad because it doesn't even want to be on this awful business review. ZERO STAR is what you guys deserve!You guys should really need more training in customer service so you can respond in a polite manner when a customer calls and asks questions about your services.The lady who takes the phone calls has such a disrespectful and vulgar demeanour when speaking on the phone.My dad first called, and asked for the owner (mentioning the owner's name - he had dealt with him a few years back), but the lady on the phone outright said that such a person doesn't work there. This was weird in itself, but he moved on.My dad isn't familiar with the imperial system and inquired to the lady using the metric measurements.Her response? "Inches?"My dad goes on to explain that he only measured it in meters as he isn't familiar with imperial system, but she goes on to just repeat "inches?" over and over again, until she finally sighs and says that she'll convert it into inches herself. Her entire demeaour was very rude, as it shouldn't be so hard to ask politely to convert his measurements into inches first, instead of flatout ignoring my dad's explanation, and then making it sound as if converting it herself is a big hassle. Lady, you should know that you are a professional customer service rep, not a professional Karen.My dad did not want to talk to that lady anymore and asked her if he can talk to the owner, mentioning his name one more time. He also mentioned to her that he has worked with the owner before for 2 separate projects. This time around, she has the audacity to say "What does this have anything to do with the owner? And he's also not here right now" also admitting at the same time that she basically lied earlier on about such person not working there.Clearly this lady has not taken Customer Service 101 and doesn't know how to talk to people. Instead of providing help for the customer, it is like she is deliberately trying to push them away.As someone in the customer service field, you should have a better attitude when talking to people on the phone. Be more polite! You could have politely asked that you need the measurements in inches instead of being so condescending about it. That lady put her poor personality on this and provided such low-quality experience even before we start thinking of hiring them.Me and my whole family will NEVER recommend this place.PS. The owner should absolutely consider firing her and replace her with a better trained person who can pick up phones politely, respect their customers, and provide proper customer service to increase your business.

Needed screens for windows and patio door upon moving into my home as previous owners did not have any in and I was nervous to leave my windows open at risk of stink bugs or other pests coming in. I luckily contacted royal blinds at the tail end of their summer season after reaching out to many other screen and blind providers in the area. Some did not have screens to fit my unique sized door frame. I went with a basic window screen and retractable screen door that matched my patio. Royal blinds had quick service came to give me a quote and within a few weeks returned for an installation. Upon comparing prices with others, they were very much in line with others maybe a tad higher but was worth it for the quick, efficient and reliable service. Paid about $850 for screen for window and door and installation. Also advised how guests may walk into screens and how to prevent. Came with 2 year warranty. Would recommend to others in the trinities.

Bought some blackout curtains from Royal blinds and we are very happy with how they turned out! Good quality fabric and fairly quick install. Estimate was accurate to what we paid and we feel it was good value. Will use this company again!

Do not do business with this company. The technician did not measure correctly and the company will not fix the blinds. Our blinds do not fit the windows. The black out blinds do not cover the whole window and when the technician came back, after we complained, proceeded to swear and scream at us. I have video that I will be showing the owner. The technician told us he was the owner and after calling the office they told me he was not the owner. Spent a lot of money on these blinds and when the technician had finished installing did not even let my parents look at them before he wanted payment. Very shady.

We had a skylight blind installation put in before the holidays. The product is great quality, and Marcus was terrific to work with. Product arrived in 2-3 weeks, and install was quick and very clean. We're very impressed and plan to have Marcus and team back to put venetian blinds in our living room. Great company and people to deal with.

Overall a great experience from beginning to end! The rep came to my home to assess my needs and provided the best suitable fit on the spot for the replacement of my 8 year old blinds. I chose the zebra blinds. The new product is high quality. Installation time within 3 weeks. Very efficient service which I appreciate and would recommend this company.
