My experience was terrible. I went for the chicken deal for $19.99 around 19.00, but it took several minutes for the cashier to bring three coworkers to figure it out. They couldn't help at all, so I left without it. I don't recommend this place at all.

i asked for a8x 10 or quarter slab birthday cake for my daughter and got tiny cake that wouldn t feed a sparrow .it did not have chocolate icing on top like it was suppose to The icing ontop was white and seemed more like whipped cream than icing and the decor was ugly flowers not like the roses we usually get.Very disappointed

This Safeway has THE best Pharmacy staff. Courteous, professional, great for vaccinations and their pharmacists go out of their way to fill prescriptions when necessary. We've been customers since 2011

I recently ordered a custom cake from Safeway, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The cake I requested was quite simple—a round chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, with a basic swirl border on the top and bottom. For the design, I asked for the words "til death" in black writing, which is not an overly complex request.
However, upon picking up the cake, it was much smaller than expected, and the design was far from what we had discussed. The frosting was unevenly spread, and the piping was crooked and sloppy. It looked rushed and unprofessional, like it had been done at the last minute by someone with no experience. This was especially frustrating since the cake was for my engagement party, and I had placed the order a week in advance.
When I spoke to the manager the following day, they admitted the cake did not meet any reasonable standard of quality. While I appreciated the refund, the explanation I received was disheartening. The manager said that due to a shortage of bakers, my cake had likely been set aside and rushed later. If Safeway doesn’t have the resources to handle custom orders properly, they shouldn't offer them.
I’ve ordered more complex cakes from other Safeway locations in the past without any issues, so this was a major letdown. I expected much better than a cake that looks like it’s been done by a child. Steer away from this location for your custom orders.

Their customer service is just old school and super not into being helpful. Luckily, the managers have done extensive training in how to be completely useless to its patrons as well. Slay, king! I will eat canned, wet, cat food before I walk into this store. Thank you for the inconvenience.

I am sorry for the managers of save way by managing them like this.
I don't know if this is Starbucks or Tim Hortons? The cashier is very rude and rude, he won't let me receive the point unless I want to pay the amount by phone.
