Very disappointing experience.
I waited over an hour in line for what was supposed to be a basic automatic car wash. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time. The wash barely did anything, it was basically just water, no proper cleaning of the car body at all.
For the wait time and the service provided, this was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash and won’t be using it again.

Car wash is a rip off! When you are paying $15 minimum you expect a decent wash. Forget it; you may as well throw money away! There are better options for cheaper prices! So annoying and disappointing!

Horrible customer service lady inside is so rude let alone that horrible car wash that costed me $20, owners like these dont deserve gas stations as half of the workers underpaid.

I let all you know the car wash is not working. It’s broken or something. I just went there and I paid $20. There’s no difference all dirt sitting there and they won’t fix it and it won’t be fixed. Any new people are paying and not even checking I just read other customers a view review and it was two weeks ago and it’s not fixed and they had the same issue and it’s not fixed. It’s not gonna be fixed they don’t and they are not even put a sign at south of order and this car wash is not working wasting time I needed my car washed, but but it’s not working and they don’t do refund

Earlier today, I refueled my vehicle at the station and set the fuel pump to fill the tank until full. However, after the tank had reached capacity, the fuel continued to flow forcefully, indicating that the automatic shut-off mechanism failed to operate properly. This resulted in fuel spillage, causing material loss and creating a serious safety concern due to the potential risk of fire. I immediately informed the station attendant of the incident.

I paid $14 for a wash that didn't even clean my car, which is frustrating since the price here is much higher than other local car washes. When I asked for help, the cashier was impolite and defensive, dismissing my claim because 'no one else complained today.' I eventually got a rewash.
Save your money and go elsewhere.

Did not have a great experience filling up LOL. Lady working late nights gets her 9’s and 5’s confused when getting to the pump and realized it wasn’t working. She gave my gas to someone else.

I have been filling up at this shell station for quite a few years.Recenty they have added hot foods & I love their chicken strips & hot dogs.Customer service here is always exceptional .

Old style pumps which do not accept mobile device cards, e.g BCAA. Monitors are barely visible and I had to constantly do a second take to see what the pump is asking.
Would not recommend as there are other stations with modern pumps that can read mobile device cards.

“I’ve been to this gas station many times, and tonight when I came, the guy working the night shift was cleaning the pumps. He stopped what he was doing to come and help me, which I really appreciated. I’d give the service a full 5 stars.” ⭐️

Tonight 11:15 in Vancouver time location Westwood Coquitlam BC..costumers, one of them is me .machine doesn't work and 3 (1 girl)of the employee is inside the store talking with each other's doesn't care about full service.when want to go inside the store door is closed and the talking like you don't like it go to another station..is this a full service of the Westwood Coquitlam sell pump station..#sham on you and your service.
Again today sep16 and one of the gas attendent indian boy busy with his mobile he dosent care about the costumer.he seit in his cabenat and talk with his girfriend in mobile.this is the full service.

Competitive prices. Good fuel. Sometimes there are people to help you fill up the gas without you getting out of the car.

Wouldn’t let me inside cause there was a homeless man attempting to buy his dinner through the window. Judgemental and inhumane treatment
