So bad. First time visiting as my girl wanna go figure skating. A guy measured her feet then grabbed one pair but apparently it was not the right night size as my girl insisted it was too tight. So we wanna size up but refused. So weird. We didn’t have right to try the one we think it fits. No idea why the store is opening. No customer service. No polite. No respect.

Bad experience. Poor customer service. Unexpected fee.
Staff’s attitude changed negatively when I was reluctant to make a purchase.
In the end, I did not make a purchase as I didn’t feel good and wasn’t given a good service, staff was not helpful in finding the skates I wanted. The girl who helped me then told me that I need to pay a fitting fee (which was not announced on their website or before they served me). I communicated that I was unaware of this fee, and the girl said she doesn’t know and that I “have to talk to the boss.” I was then charged $30 for just trying on two pairs of skates.

I made an appointment with Rob after my daughter was having problems with new skates we bought. Rob took them back no questions asked and then spent over an hour making sure my daughter had the right skate boots and the right fit. Definitely goes the extra mile to make sure you leave satisfied.
Fast and excellent customer service from Rob. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to figure skates.

I scheduled a "skate fitting" with Mr Marshall. I have "atypical" feet. He took the time to carefully evaluate my feet and the fit of my current skates. He is very knowledgable and good at his craft. He determined that my current skate fit is acceptable, and although he presented options for the future, he did not recommend the purchase of new boots at this time.

Very bad customer service.First time I leave a review for products. Never buy expensive stuff online. Late response, no response. I live in Vancouver, I can't go into store to do exchange or so..Learned my lesson with over $140 skating outfit.

Great service and selection products for a smaller store.Dee-Anne sized up my princess for her figure skates and a great deal for Zucca rolling bag too. Lots of pockets.Clean washrooms. Too bad Amex not accepted.

Experienced very kind & caring support when stopping by the store to find new figure skating boots for me. Really enjoyed all of my 3 visits and felt I got the information and help I was looking for. Appreciated the time spent with me while deciding on what is the best fit for me, the professional attitude and a friendly environment. I am happy to recommend this business to anyone interested in great customer service!

I drove up from Seattle to have my blades adjusted and mounted after having trouble finding someone to do locally. Robert was so helpful and was able to make the proper adjustments in just a few minutes; My blade placement feels much better now! I also found out he was the skate technician that the Vancouver Olympics, which made me trust his expertise even more! The trip was well worth it and I highly recommend this shop for skaters of any level. As long as I live within driving distance I will make this my go-to shop when I need new boots and blades!

Super friendly and helpful staff. They had everything I needed for my skate set up and they were wonderful about heat molding my secondhand skates. Totally worth the trip from the other side of the border!
