The shipments line was long this afternoon but Simran at the shipping desk was extremely efficient and helped process my complex return very quickly

Printing quality has gone up but still remains too dark. Had a calendar created for Xmas gift. It's ok but disappointed at darkness. I may go back and have it reprinted. I was disappointed. Staffbin the printing department is great, helpful. Staples as a whole has website issues since forever
