I am extremely disappointed with my recent online laptop purchase from Staples.
When the laptop arrived, the touchscreen was not working at all. In addition, the external hard drive that was advertised as 512 GB was only 256 GB, which is a clear mismatch with the product description.
Another serious issue was that the laptop was not factory reset. When I turned it on for the first time, it was already set up, with previous settings in place, which is completely unacceptable for a product sold as new.
To make matters worse, the order was delivered two weeks later than the delivery date shown on the website, with no proper explanation or communication.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. Receiving a non-functional, incorrectly specified product that was not properly reset and delivered late is unacceptable. I am very unhappy with this purchase and would seriously reconsider buying electronics from Staples again.

I ordered a calculator from this location, received 2 missed calls at 6:34pm on Thursday January, 8th. Not sure why the lady was spam calling me and not leaving me a voicemail as I was driving during that time so when I finally answered , I was pretty caught off guard that she was saying they didn’t have the item in stock? I have an order confirmation. Anyway the lady on the phone is horrendous. She can’t handle speaking to customers , never said if I was getting a refund (still haven’t received) and HUNG up on me! I told her I’m driving and in the car so I’m using speaker phone. She shouldn’t have been hired if she doesn’t know how to talk to people. Or when to call them professionally, spamming is NOT professional!! A voicemail is tho! Simple as that. 0/5 starts for this location and their team! And negative for the person on the phone. DO NOT GO OR ORDER FROM HERE.

We were in the Coquitlam store Tuesday January 6th neededing help with a printing problem for a school project that seemed impossible until we came across Andrew (printing department). He was very skilled and took care of us. I felt terrible because it went past his hours of work which he stayed to complete the task. Give this man a promotion! Or at least some overtime pay!
We’ll be back because of service like this!

Posting service is really bad. They misled me. I submitted my parcel on Friday. They said Purolator will have another pick up that they which didn't happen. I was so worried and went back on Sunday. They again told me that Purolator picked up everything on Sunday but apparently they lied. My package was still not picked up until Monday. I had to call Purolator and they told me they do not have any services over the weekend.
Finally later on Monday my package was picked up but the agent sold me a service that my packed will be at destination by Monday morning 10:30 am.

So disappointed after waiting too long & someone attend me and gibethat response. Worst service I was asking to do price match the same chair goes on the sales within one month but they didn't even check in there systems. And the price I was telling them it's not the boxing week price it's normal week sale.

Printing quality has gone up but still remains too dark. Had a calendar created for Xmas gift. It's ok but disappointed at darkness. I may go back and have it reprinted. I was disappointed. Staffbin the printing department is great, helpful. Staples as a whole has website issues since forever

At this Staples location, the cashiers clearly need additional customer service training. When I approached the desk, staff turned away and left instead of assisting.

The staff at the print shop is ridiculously slow. Seems they can never find anything and there will be 20 people in line with one person running the till and the rest standing around socializing.
If each pickup order takes them ten minutes to process, you'll be waiting at minimum a half an hour.
