He was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, helping me find the perfect plan while saving me a significant amount of money. I initially went to another Telus store to get an esim voucher but their credit card machine was down so I went to this store to buy the voucher. They try to sell it for $20 when Telus website and the other stores sell for $15. Went to bestbuy to get it for $15 without issues

I'm not tech savvy at all & needed to transfer my husband's old flip phone into a smartphone, upgrade plans, etc. During covid this store helped me do the same with my cell & I wasn't sure if that was a one off. But Partap was SO helpful, patient & fast. I was able to easily get what we needed & I was on my way. I appreciate Partap's knowledge & patience. Great experience. Wouldn't hesitate to come back if needed.

Rogers sucks and we needed help with iPhone. Bernard was able to help us immensely and we are super grateful. Very informative, helpful, and great customer service! We will definitely be transferring our lines over to Telus. F u rogers!!!

My husband and I walked in without an appointment to upgrade our home security system. We worked with Jamie. He was such a pro! Not only did he listen to our needs and come up with a better system that cost less than what we are currently paying, he assisted us in canceling our plan with ADT. I had spent hours on the phone trying to do this and was always put on eternal hold, hanging up feeling frustrated. Jamie had me connected to someone on the phone in no time and completed what needed to be done in minutes.
As well, before we finished, he asked about our employment. My job allows me an extra $5 off per month! Bonus!
Another thing, perhaps by chance, is that there was a technician available to install tomorrow!
Based on today’s experience along with the service I received when purchasing a new phone and plan last month, I highly recommend this Telus store.

This morning I came in to trade my iPhone 12 for a new iPhone 15 Pro. My experience was great. Mickey helped me through the whole process and made it painless. From making recommendations on the best plan to doing the transfer of data, he was on it.
I was so incredibly dissapointed when I returned to Telus to get my phone after the transfer was complete, to see Mickey and their manager (whose name I can’t recall) being rudely spoken to by another customer, who even threw a phone in their direction. My partner and I were shocked with the customer’s treatment of both of them, but were so impressed with how both Mickey and their manager handled it professionally and with immense patience.
Reminder to everyone that customer service is a hard gig and that treating people with kindness goes a long way. Thanks again, Mickey! Tech stresses me out, but you helped make the process painless!

We received outstanding service from Mikey Dinh. We are moving to a new home, and Mikey was extremely knowledgeable, on a variety of Telus services, and provided us a lot of different options to choose from. He was very prompt in his communication and made our order processing smooth and efficient. Highly recommended!

So unhelpful…was here for hours because customer service/loyalty on the phone couldn’t figure out a plan we negotiated earlier. The staff here were not helpful. It is mostly the IT/customer service end. How hard is it to load a plan offer to our account so we can get new phones? Very frustrating and took us hours and hours. Probably giving up.

They have no idea.. called told me sim js ready for pick up. Drive all way from Maple Ridge to pick up SIM and than they say they don’t know anything about it. Besides that they asked me to check in and wait in line for who knows how long. Be careful when deal with this store ..
