Goodluck getting them to honor their warranty. They won't even return my calls. I opened a warranty request almost a month ago, have left messages and they don't respond.

Customer service and sales progress were great. But the Delivery progress and the driver(Robber Cool) were awful. Inpatient, rude, not responsible. It was a worthwhile experience.

Terrible experience. Told them I wanted to buy some stuff and have it delivered up north where I was newly moving to. Was guaranteed that it could be delivered to where I needed it. I found out weeks later when I went to pick the stuff up that they had voided the order without contacting me. Turns out they couldn’t deliver where I needed it and never told me after they figured it out. No help. No offer to fix the situation other than shipping it a 16 hour drive away from where I was. Unacceptable.

TLDR: do NOT get the credit card! Associates will trick you into extra purchases.
The lady who sold us our mattress did not explain three important details when signing us up for a Flexiti card and mattress purchase:
1. She signed us up for creditor insurance without our consent and we were charged more than $63 in interest and extra charges to our account.
2. You cannot use the points from the Flexiti card for three months. We thought we could use them right away.
3. That she was throwing in a free mattress protector when I was already buying one from them?? So when an extra mattress protector was delivered, I thought they charged me $107. I had to call multiple times to get to the bottom of it.
I am appalled that the sales associates at the Brick would knowingly omit information that harms the customer. I have not recieved any compensation, and have been redirected and redirected to multiple third party companies.
I will never shop here again and I suggest you don't either.

Very happy with service provided by Rahul at customer service. Called in on Saturday about a repair to my Sectional Sofa Set but the person dealing with was off so Rahul created another event and called in for service instead of asking me to call back and discuss with the person who was dealing with it earlier. Thank so much for exceptional service provided.

This rating goes for Britney in customer service, we were sent the wrong colour couch and she fixed that right away, we had an issue with our table, and she fixed it right away and always stuck by our side and decisions for any problems that occurred. She also has amazing communication skills, and I highly recommend going to her, and only her if you need anything from the brick at this location. She's amazing, and made it a much better experience for us.
