I can’t believe how rude a worker (lady) was to my hubby on Saturday (Dec 14)! She literally screamed at him because she didn’t understand him so he just walked away from her! She is damn lucky it wasn’t me! She literally just stayed on her phone sitting in a chair. She seemed more annoyed that he bothered her while she was on her phone. She was an older white lady with brown hair! This lady should not be working with customers! She is rude and highly unprofessional. We will never come back to this Home Depot again. I’m still in shock at how rude this lady was.

I really like this place.

They’ve got pretty much everything you’d need to repair or upgrade except they don’t have enough staff to help. The staff I do see are always in personal conversations and look at you rudely if you interrupt to ask for help.

Couple day ago we shopped at Home Depot at Coquitlam location. Shirin the credit card manager was so helpful and she gave us a great deal. She was very nice and spend an hour to take care of our order.

Always a great place to visit. Employees are quite helpful. Went to pay my Home Depot card bill. Very easy process. They accept cash.

I don’t know what the lady at the appliance section’s problem is but we came to try to buy an electric range and she told us not to bother her until we picked one out and she would tell us if it was available. This is a picture of just her sitting around playing on her phone while we were trying to buy a stove.

Alex Plus Latex Caulk plus Silicone is great! Works wonders, great price, dries fast and a little goes a long way. Fast drying too which makes such a difference. Thank you!
