Never order anything online. First ordered, delivery delayed and then delivered to complete wrong address in wrong city. Wrong city! They made an exception to refund me...? Second order delivery was delayed today. Now the updated delivery is 1 week away. Amazon delays are 1 or 2 days max. Hone Depot 7 days and I'm not confident that they will even deliver it then. Going to buy a orbital sander in person and returning the one I order whe ever it arrives. In store purchases are fine and staff are good. Never order anything online.

Great experience again at Home Depot Coquitlam! This is not my closest Home Depot, but I will go out of my way to come here. Every single staff member I deal with is awesome, with a huge care meter and so willing to help. Huge shout out to AJ on the forklift and Sarvi for helping us load our truck, you guys were great! Worked through some challenges, and did an amazing job to make sure we got out of there in time to make the ferry - we made it thanks to you guys!

Home Depot is Home Depot: Never enough floor staff and those annoying self-check out machines but I was very impressed with their 2023 Halloween Department. They have a great selection of Halloween Decorations!!

This is an excellent location to purchase new appliances. Celestine invested a lot of time with us to choose the right appliances (oven, fridge, and dishwasher) that fit our needs and then found us the best price. The money she helped us save went a long way to get us started with our new home. We are very satisfied with the purchase. Thank you, Celestine.

This review is for online shopping only. I can not believe how retarded Home depot online shopping could be in this days.My past experience of ordering online and pick up in store was awful, it take way more time then you do the shopping in store.So this time I picked shipping, it says next day, then the day before I got up, I received an email, indicated that the delivery will be made between 8am ~8 pm that day, and they will call or text 30 min before.I don't know about you, there are time I can't answer my phone during the day, maybe I am in a meeting, or I am in the church, or driving, right?So I was not able to answer in time, then I got a text message, ask me to call home depot regarding my delivery. I did, it is the store general number, the answer machine had a conversation with me for over 5 mins before I was connected to a real human.Turns out, home depot doesn't like to leave the package without someone to sign, and because I did not answer the phone, it automatically think there is no one home.I missed it, then the customer service said, they may attempt to delivery again on the day or the day after.This time, to make sure I do not miss, I carry the phone with me even when I was in the shower until 8pm, no call.Then the day after, I was in a meeting, I got a call form home depot, I was so worried I was gonna miss this again, I excused me, ran to another room, answered..I was told that because my mistake, they will ask me to pick up my order from the store.NICE!-- look at the response from Home Depot below. They want me to go to another social media of theirs and plead my case to them? What if I don't have any of those social media accounts? Do I need to sign up another account just for Home Depot's convenience? The arrogance!

We ordered an oven from you. It arrived on time, but the Home Depot contractor never showed up. He called, said it was a two person job and the contractor company will call to reschedule. They never called. Phone Home Depot, they said company would call me within 24 hours. They never did. Five days and counting. Don’t use their installation services .

Purchased husky tool cabinet at this store . Special order had to be sent in from Calgary. They told me it would be there in 3 to 4 days . Two weeks later I finally got it . It took many phone calls to store to find out wear it was could not track on internet. Will never deal with this location again what a nightmare of people telling you different things everytime you call them. Train your peaple at customer service desk better and customers might come back

My main location for all my renovation needs. Always has what I need. Big selection and friendly staff there to help me find everything and listen to my gambling stories. Starbucks is nearby which is perfect for quick jolt before my gambling sessions. Huge parking lot and easy to get to.

Home Depot has a great return policy and they deliver free with a reasonable purchase. The store itself has just about everything you would look for in a hardware store. I have ordered several plants and all were delivered healthy. Two were not what I wanted and the return was easy. Some of the plants at first glance seemed more expensive the other places but the quality you get is worth the price

I bought a dishwasher and paid for installation. I can understand that it took a week for the dishwasher to be installed and I can understand that it took. Further week for installation. What I don't understand is when the dishwasher was found to be defective after installation Home Depot put in zero effort to rectify the situation. The installation person (Home Depot contracted a 3rd person and didn't tell me until after they delivered the dishwasher) just told me to phone costumer service and they will fix everything. Did I mention that the dishwasher just runs non-stop, so I have to switch the breaker off to half my kitchen to keep from wasting power and water 24/7. I phone and am told nothing. They give me a reference number and say they will get back to me, which they don't for hours so I have to phone again. The second call they tell me nothing again. I explain how they crippled my kitchen again and ask for them to at least do something about that and once again I am told they will get back to me. This is basically because they put a phone person who cannot and will not help anyone and keep customers far away from anyone who can problem solve. This means that even in an emergency Home Depot has set their system up so that it is impossible for them to help in any way. After phoning 3 times, this phone person tells me it will take 10 days to get a new washer.

I made a recent trip to home depot for some flower baskets. I ventured into the outdoor area and got some assistance from an associate named John Low. I had some questions about a product in the outdoor garden area. He was very professional, friendly, and helped me with my concerns. He was able to get a manager right away to help me with my purchase. John Low was exceptional and I thanked him for going above and beyond! John gets 5 stars from me!The manager and John's assistant were both very easy to deal with as well and made my shopping experience a pleasure!Judy Boon (Coquitlam).
