This UPS Store truly stands out for the patience and professionalism of its staff. I came in with a complicated request and lots of questions, and they never made me feel rushed or inconvenienced. They calmly walked me through each step, double-checked everything, and made sure I felt confident before leaving. That level of patience is rare and really appreciated. You can tell they value customer experience, not just speed. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. The staff were incredibly friendly, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain my shipping options clearly and made sure everything was packed securely. The store was clean, well-organized, and I was in and out much faster than expected. It’s clear they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this location for shipping, printing, and any business services you need!

I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to Harjit for her exceptional service on December 10th. She was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and kind as she helped me troubleshoot the most affordable way to ship an irregular-shaped package. Even at the end of her workday, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care.

Horrible experience. This UPS access point rejects packages to be shipped there for pick up. If you don't want to hold packages for customers, please talk with your head office to exclude you from being a pick up access point. If you're tight on space then plan ahead to get UPS to take you off the pick up location. The holiday season is the time of the year with most parcel thefts so I thought picking up from a UPS access point would be safe. As a result of you rejecting packages, the item I was hoping for delivery on Dec 1 is now lost. I have opened a lost package claim because this store rejects packages. Never again I rather take my chances with having my packages sit in front of my doorstep.

One star doesn’t even begin to convey how terrible the experience at this store was. The man who works here is discourteous, unfriendly, rude, and clearly lacks any customer service skills. He behaves as if he belongs in the back of a warehouse rather than at the front of the store. He clearly needs to learn how to treat customers and understand how a UPS Store is supposed to operate. Visiting other stores in the Tri-Cities would likely show him how far below standard this location is. The current 2.3 rating of this store is generous; last year it was 3.4. If I were UPS corporate, I would strongly consider removing this individual from any UPS-related position, as he reflects poorly on the brand.

Sad to say, terrible service yet again. The man behind the desk has zero customer service skills, rude and absolutely no regard for people waiting in line. Literally felt like he was going as slow as possible with each of us just to be a jerk. When someone called him on his terrible attitude, he became an even bigger jerk with zero regard. This UPS store has always been unorganized.
Unfortunately, I have no choice but to pick up my packages at this terrible location. UPS should be shutting them down as it gives UPS stores a bad name.

I went to this UPS Store for the first time and it was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The two women working, one younger and one older, were just sitting and chatting while I stood there waiting for about five minutes. The older lady even took a personal phone call while I was standing right in front of her with a question about how to ship my package.
When she finally helped me, she kept repeating, “It’s $2.50 to print your label,” which I said was fine even though it’s pretty ridiculous to pay that much for a single small label. After she printed it, she then told me they don’t tape boxes, mine was a small one that just needed a single piece of tape. I’ve never heard of any UPS location charging or refusing to tape a box…
I use UPS Stores almost daily for shipping and have never experienced anything like this. The attitude and lack of effort were very disappointing and unprofessional. I’ll never return to this location and would strongly suggest going to another UPS Store nearby where staff actually care about helping customers.

Thank you for your response. However, there are two points I need to address. You wrote: “To clarify, if you need packing materials, we do offer a variety of options for purchase at the store. Our staff would be happy to assist you in packing your items securely.” When I visited on October 29, the employee neither offered to assist me with securely packing my items nor provided any information about packing materials available for purchase. It was only after I insisted on the same service I’ve always received at this UPS Store—having my packages sealed by the person behind the counter—that he, in a very aggressive tone, said, “You’re done. You’re good to go.” If he had offered to seal the packages for a fee from the beginning, I might have considered it.
As for why I did not bring the items sealed, as stated in the Ralph Lauren Guidelines, it was not necessary. Every time, and I emphasize 'every time,' I have brought a package to be sent to the Ralph Lauren warehouse, the other employee has offered to seal it for me securely.
The problem with the (male) employee I encountered on October 29 is twofold: first, he is incredibly rude; second, he is not on the same page as his female colleague, both with respect to procedure and price. As I explained in my initial review, this is not the first time I have had an issue with this employee. A month or two ago, he tried to charge me more than I had previously paid for a print service. When I showed him a receipt, he disparaged his female co-worker, saying she “doesn’t know anything” and “charges the wrong price.” Even then, I told him I felt I was being scammed. He, however, kept insisting that he was now charging the correct price and that on prior occasions I had underpaid.
Moreover, the other employee consistently wears a uniform and a name tag. He has neither. This is inappropriate and raises a serious red flag.
In your response, you said, “We hope to continue serving you in the future.” If that is truly the case, please ensure that this employee treats customers—and his colleagues—with respect, wears a uniform and name tag, and follows the same procedures and pricing as his colleagues. Inconsistency in procedure and pricing creates a very frustrating experience for customers.

Worst service ran by the most unprofessional people, a massive displeasure to even enter this poor excuse for a UPS Store...I will gladly drive 20 km to find another UPs Store... this lady isn't fit to run a store... will be a pleasure to report this person to UPS head office... maybe they will yank their license and give it to worthy business owners

They tried to crank call me twice.They said they dialed by mistake.I blocked their number.
And once they told me I received an Amazon package,medium sized and they pretended they are looking at the package,over the phone.Then I went there and they said I don't have any package!
You be the judge.

As always, this location disappoints, UPS elsewhere is good. Went to get a passport photo and....... what a surprise the camera is not working. I swear this is a front for some other illegal busines.
