Had to print 3 pages 8.5x11 (back and front) in colors. I used an other UPS shop and they did a great job with the last print, since I was around the area I decided to stop by. The print is off and the paper is not the same quality. Not worth 7 dollars.

If I could, I’d give this place a zero-star review! They’re the least helpful folks. The lady who works there didn’t even let me know that I had left my Airpods Pro on her counter! I only realized after the fact; otherwise, my Airpods Pro would have been history! I can’t believe UPS would let such rude, unrefined staff members represent them!

1 star for the old lady who spent so much effort to lecture me that the package should be ready. I have the pouch, item and the return labels. I was confused at first - does she want different packaging or what. She folded the pouch and sealed with the sticky plastic for the return label. Making sure to tell me that she won’t do this for me next time. I don’t know what I should do or bring differently. I was the only customer today and she made it seem like I was causing a delay. I responded nicely the whole time so she just made herself so stressed.5 stars for the young staff who were always helpful with photos and a couple of Amazon return. There were no problems and they would seal off the package with the sticky plastic for the return label.

I take photo for passport renew. The staff only write the day and month but no year on the back of photo. Final rejected by Service Canada!What a poor staff in this company

I went into this location to drop off a package with a label I had issued online. When I asked for a receipt, the employee made it seem as though she was doing me a huge favor and had to point out that they usually don't do this for labels purchased online, and that if there were multiple items she wouldn't be printing me a receipt. She condescendingly pointed out that I should already have the tracking number in my email, as though I don't already know that.I'm sorry that you had to take all of 10 seconds and 3 cents worth of paper and ink to print me a receipt. Did you ever consider the fact that I ask for the receipt because I have had issues with UPS packages not being scanned and/or going missing in the past?I understand that UPS doesn't pay you for shipping labels issued online. That sounds like an issue to take up with UPS, not your customers. If you don't like the terms of the UPS franchise agreement, maybe don't open a UPS store? And if you hate your job, get a different job instead of taking it out on customers.

Awful experience with UPS, last time using it.I had a small package for pick-up.Called em on Wednesday n scheduled a pick-up on Thursday, 9am to 1pm. No one showed up.Called again rescheduled for Friday 9am to 1 pm. No one showed up.Called again and rescheduled for Monday 9am to 1pm. No one showed up.Called them again n they said there is No booking for any pick-up at this address!!!!They rescheduled for pick-up for the same day. 2 to 4 pm.Then I got a call from the driver asking: how many packages do u have? I said one.When he finally showed up he said that he has 3 scheduled pick-ups for this address!

Happy Easter??I can for sure agree that some change has occurred at this location in the last 12 months. For that reason 5-stars….but!Not opening at the scheduled 10:00 AM on Saturday after a holiday (Good Friday) is unprofessional. Especially when the hours are already reduced on a weekend. Errors happen but make sure to be on-time. Employee arrived at 10:29 AM !! Wasn’t ready for customers until 10:35 AM. There were 3 customers who came during 10:00-10:20 AM who left and were visibly upset that they couldn’t pick up their package locked inside.

I received a notification that the parcel was delivered to the house on October 25th and I am waiting until today and I don't know what the problem is and they didn't call me until I get a lot of notifications about the parcel and I haven't received anything yet I will wait until tomorrow and then I will put the appropriate evaluation,So I put one star

I recently had to return to this location and it looks as thought there is new staff the person that helped me was much more pleasant and efficient 2 more stars I still feel improvements can be mad but yay......(2 years ago)Absolutely the worst shipping location I have ever dealt with. Never greeted with a smile or a "Hi". The slowest service ever. Staff is completely unmotivated could not care less about their job. Every time I go to pick up an item it's at least a half an hour. If you can avoid all possible!

Very bad UPS office. I do not recommend. They got your package, specially on returns, did not scan to update the tracking in the system. Send "without scanning", and send your package. As a result, they lost your package, do not update. You can not open a claim. And is it. You loose. Very bad customer service when you call. No solution. No updates. They simple say "you do not delivery your package". So bad for a company like UPS. Next time it is better use Canada Post, simple and usual service.
