I bought my fourth television at open box the other day. Not very sharp helpers doing the sale but I ended up with a 65 inch television that was a little less than Visions Electric advertised as new on their site. So I saved a hundred bucks. The girls spoke about me getting a discount as I was a recent repeat customer. But no they decided no and the guy who manages the store was nowhere around. So I end up packing the tv home and when I get there I get my wife to help me unload the box which is awkward for sure. As we lift it out of my vehicle, the bottom falls out of the box and the tv drops on the pavement. The box had been opened by cutting out the bottom and it was as surprise that it got out of the store and to my vehicle without falling apart. So immediately I phone the store. No English. So I do a text translate and they tell me the manager will contact me immediately. So it has been 5 days now. No manager and they don't care. Do you really need this hassle to save $100? I don't. They needed to make me feel right and they didn't bother.

Good price on “open box” products. When you use credit card, they will add 2.4% extra charge but no charge on debit or cash.👍 Avoid “Refurnished” products as they are used and beat up. 😭😭😭

Bought Sony XM4's for $150 cheaper than retail, and they were out of stock everywhere else. Been working like brand new since I bought them a month ago and I love them. Owners are friendly and nice too

I don't suggest to buy from open box. I bought a vacuum that has no floor model. after using few times my wife got back ache due to heaviness of the device. they claimed that they don't accept return. i recommend to buy from places that if you found the device damage your health, they also take care and accept to take back.

I did a ton for the most value model samsung tv and Openbox Coquitlam had it in stock at the bedt price. Excellent service and care! They exchanged my TV for a larger size after 1 week. Very helpful staff. Thank you!
