I only shop thrift for the planet but it should also be for the savings too, shouldn't it? Not at Value Village. The prices are often similar or even more than retail stores and retail tags still attached show this. The sales and loyalty incentives have really gotten skimpy too with only $1 to save after getting $100 worth of points. I haven't seen a 50% off clothes and accessories sale for years now. It drives me nuts when I spend so much time collecting stuff in my cart then turn away from it for a few minutes and the staff just empties it and puts all the stuff back without even checking if it belongs to anyone nearby.

Huge inventory, that doesn't seem to move since the prices are rather high considering it's all donated. Prices should be dropped 25% at least, just to clear some shelves and more profit will follow (since this isn't a non profit "thrift" store).Store is clean, well staffed, organized. Just the prices are way outta wack.. don't know if they have sales or specials but that's what I'd wait for.Staff are friendly and plentiful.

Great store in its concept and value to the consumer. You can find relatively good bargains on used and pre-owned clothes, dishes, household furnishings, home decor, small furniture, etc. It's my go-to for everything lamps and light fixtures. However, in the big scheme of things, although the company's claim of taking donations of items to resell does save those items from ending up in the landfill, their whole concept of taking free stuff and making a large profit from it again without showing any sort of monetary payback or recycling credit of any sort to the donation givers or to credit the community in which they operate with any form of grant or programs seems quite greedy, unethical and CHEAP! (If, in fact, they do have some such payback to society, they need to find a better, louder way to advertise that fact)

This was my first visit at value Village are recently moved to the area . I found so many options, utensils, clothes, shoes, hair, accessories appliances, and ready affordable price and of. Great quality. Some of their products were like newAnd Branded. I spent around $50 only but bought five different items for cooking- pressure cooker 5 L Hawkins, frying pan, nonstick flat pan, a Tumbler, and a big pot around 5 to 6 L capacity with the lid on the top. I checked the price online as well. It was three times extra so I really recommend this place to everyone looking to buy anything at affordable price.

This store had so many items! I'm used to value villages being full of clothes and finding less objects, but this location had it all!!So many good shoes, kitchen appliances, electronics, furniture, office supplies... you name it! It was so much fun looking at everything this location had to offer!

You can find some amazing brands and clothes with a bit of luck. Granted you'll have to face that heartbreak of finding something great thats not in your size on occasion. Clothes and shoes are the main attraction, but board games, kitchen items and toys sometimes have real gems hidden in the mix. The store is clean and spaced out well, and the staff are nice and reasonable if there's incomplete or broken items with parts you need their willing to consider common sense deals and discounts that work mutually, which is not true for all thrift shops. Great customer service.

Le concept est utile pour la communauté et l'environnement. D'un coté il permet de partager les vêtements, accessoires, outils de cuisine et la literie dont on a plus besoin. De l'autre côté, il aide les petites bourses à obtenir des articles à bon prix.

Have not shopped here however have dropped off a ton of great items looking for new homes. Their drop off system is fantasic. Grest drive up lane and quick conveyer belt that takes your goods safely down to their next station. Always employees there to lend a hand.

I buy my work clothes from Value Village. Great selections it's just that some of the stuff that they sell are priced much higher than brand new. Found a Dragon Ball Z shirt by the way.

Be prepared and maybe wear tights as if you're not sure the garment you want will fit, you'll be changing in the aisle. We can blame that on Covid. The store was great. I got 4 almost new tops and 3 capris. The store was clean, and it was organized so that you could find the type of clothing that I wanted and the sizing clearly marked. At the checkout, the nice young man rang my clothes through and hooked me up with a membership, whereas you get coupons and codes for big discounts emailed to you. You can cancel this anytime.

Many used dirty items are MORE expensive than the brand new ones in the shops. It's a joke. There are better charitable thrift shops to go to (like the small done down the street), instead of this for-profit chain.

Pretty good as far a Value Villages go.Drive through drop off proximity to street entrance makes it hard to gain access to parking lot. Limited parking here.

This has to be the most overstocked Value Village I've ever seen, but here's the deal, it's all really neat and organized. We found it a little overwhelming but if you know how much product there is going in, it may calm the nerves! The staff were very pleasant and hardworking. It didn't take much time to get through the register, and of course Tuesday is seniors day with 30% off. Parking is a wee bit tricky but one trip around the parking lot did the trick. Amazing experience, if you are a thrift store junkie (we confess,) you definitely want to check this out.
