This store, has very unprofessional staff, I was sent twice to a different locations in the same week just because they do not have enough cash. I would never come back to this location again. I was sent back to Austin Location which so far has the best friendly staff. Keep them in Austin. I went today and another lady was there, super friendly and willing to help.

As for today, July 2nd at 16:15 PM PDT, at store 0215 Coquitlam BC (2B-555 North Road), your cashier MAR (also flagged as sam in one of the receipts) during transaction #57, displayed what I would call a sensational drama queen performance, worth of RuPaul's Drag Race show. I cannot put into words how disgusted I feel after such deplorable "customer service" lack of skills. This is how it went:- First, the person took her time to review if the store would have enough money, when she finally finished, she said "yes I CAN give you the money", in a pretty pompous way, like the money comes from her pocket.- Next, the agent followed the protocol requesting for MTCN number, ID and everything required for the transaction. When she requested the name of the sender, she babbled that she doesn't understand "My language" in the nastiest of tones, like I was speaking Swahili or something almost alien like. At that point she got pretty irritated and stated to her that a minimum requirement to be working here in Canada would be at least having enough English (or French) proficiency to do such a job. As icing on the cake this person shouted at me "What's wrong with you?!". I have never experienced such horrendous interaction at any store or any shop in more than 8 years here in Canada.Lastly, I want to remark I couldn't care less about what she did before coming to Canada, of her delirium of grandeur, or if she thinks she's too good for that job; but having someone like this not just misrepresents and affects the effectiveness of your business but is clearly in detriment to our entire community.

This is the worst location, they were talking about how much money they received during the day when they were supposed to be focused on helping their customers. They refused to give my transfer because my middle name wasn’t included. After I said my address and name were a match same with my mctn number matched, they denied just lazy doing their job. I mentioned how I had no problems last time and then they told me to tell the location of other place so they could report them. Unknowledgeable of their own services. Middle names are optional part of service. The only thing they actually require and first and last and mctn number.

If you need to receive money via Western Union do not come to this location. They do not have cash most of the time.
