Got a flat tire fixed in 15 mins. Had been to another repair shop before that said the puncture position wouldn’t allow a patch fix, and that I’d need to get a new tire instead

Wow I have always had great service until now I had my brakes done here about a month ago and last week there was a grinding noise so I took it back to Westwood they put it on the hoist and said I cant see nothing not sure why its making a noise . Frustrasted I left thinking I have to cancel my holidays. The noise got worse so on the advise of a friend I went to Apel auto they put it on the hoist and they Discovered the bolt on the driver side holding the new break was gone. They replaced it at no charge I stopped by Westwood on my way home. And the same gentleman was there I told he what had happened and he basically blew me off again. After 30 yrs of recommending family and friends and using their service Iam sorry to say never again

Excellent service, called for a tire change estimate. did not have to wait long on the phone at all. Showed up, switched my tires out in 10-15 minutes. amazing! Thank you Allen

I hit something and it threw my alignment out. These guys got my steering straightened again super fast. Very good and affordable service!
